So i decided to show up to this place that was just around the corner from my house and ask if the could service it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and i have over 15yrs of customer service experience so i always judge a place by the way they interact with me. The service was great asked me about my problems and what i wanted done. They explained everything in detail and were very open about the cost and length of time A+ . They did a full vehicle inspection and pointed out all my current vehicle problems and a detailed explanation which is a major plus in my book including pictures A++. My truck needed freon recovery since a different shop put in the wrong freon (explains my reasoning behind my over 2yr wait). Mannnn they got my a/c working by close of business and it is pumping JUICE!!!!!!! My truck was dropped off at 8 am by 4:40 i got a text that it was done. Mannnnnn i am so glad i trusted Chuy and his team to take care of my truck. I am definitely bringing it back so they can take care of my brakes.

I am old enough to remember how hometown dealerships used to treat their customers. There are four RAM dealers between my house and the town of Dinuba. Jim Manning was the only one that made me feel like I was more than just a sale to them. Manual, Mike and Matt showed a genuine interest in what I was looking for, they treated me like I was family. To be fair, a friend is an auto broker and he negotiated the deal on our behalf, and we agreed to a written, final, out the door price the day before we drove to Dinuba. The car we wanted had been on their lot for more than two months and they had lowered the price repeatedly. We did not expect them to go much lower (and in the end he only saved us about $300 from the current sticker price), but I was glad I had a deal in hand before driving 3 1/2 hours each way. Everything at the dealership went as smoothly as possible! Believe me, I'm not a fan of dealerships and I wouldn't be praising these guys if we had a bad experience. We had a good experience. I can't speak for everyone else, and I don't know if others purchases will be as smooth as ours was, but I would buy another car from this dealership if they had a car I wanted. I think that's about the best praise I can give in this game. Same review I pasted to Google Maps, but written by me, not AI.

Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz.
