The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just for being there. No professionalism at all just straight attitude right from the start. Then it got even worse. They refused to work on my car and wouldn't give me a clear reason why. Instead, they told me the part I needed wasn't available, which I later found out wasn't even true. It felt like they were just making excuses and didn't want to deal with it. The whole situation started to feel really shady. I kept getting the runaround, and at one point it honestly felt like they were trying to keep my registration or make things more difficult than they should've been. That's not just bad customer service that's completely out of line. I wouldn't trust this place with my car at all.
