The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just for being there. No professionalism at all just straight attitude right from the start. Then it got even worse. They refused to work on my car and wouldn't give me a clear reason why. Instead, they told me the part I needed wasn't available, which I later found out wasn't even true. It felt like they were just making excuses and didn't want to deal with it. The whole situation started to feel really shady. I kept getting the runaround, and at one point it honestly felt like they were trying to keep my registration or make things more difficult than they should've been. That's not just bad customer service that's completely out of line. I wouldn't trust this place with my car at all. My daughter's Tacoma was making a…read morestrange noise when starting and took it to several mechanics with several different diagnoses and no fixes. Advanced Auto was recommended so I took it there. They also came up with a diagnosis that seemed to make more sense than the others, so I went forward with repair. The repair was almost $3000 and did not work. I returned the truck for further inspection. Long story short, we ended up finding out through this whole process that that the truck was involved in accident before we purchased it and it was not disclosed to us. The damage from the collision was causing oil pressure issues that would require more repairs. Meanwhile, Nicole was in constant contact with me keeping me up to speed on everything. She then calls and tells me had already found another engine that had half the miles mine had and were replacing the whole thing and that we would be square. I was blown away that they went to these lengths to make it right for the customer! Nicole, Dave, and the crew run one honest and reliable shop. I will be taking all my vehicles to this shop going forward. GB Alfredo
