Turned out to be a great decision. They had the issue on my car diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours - which was intermittent to boot - and for less money than I paid my dealership NOT to fix the problem. The irony is my dealership wants me to come back into them to get $1200 of repairs labeled as "Caution" - aka needed to be fixed in the next calendar year. Like I'd ever trust their judgement now after they never fixed my problem. Wilson's Auto Tech experience was WAY better. The staff is great, they fixed my issue promptly and charged me a reasonable amount of money to do it. Now I can tell you who I trust to service my car and who I don't. The former is Wilson's Auto Tech. The latter is my dealership.

Both calls I made to the shop were handled nicely by the team there, especially Kelsey. I immediately felt comfortable having the work done at Good News. Kelsey let me know part way through the day that one of the recommended repairs was not required, but a different fix would be needed. Kelsey and the Good News team managed the change in plan efficiently, had the quotes ready for me, and I felt they gave me sound advice to make good choices. This place is terrible. i paid 1500 to have work done that didn't need to be done. My car had the…read moresame problem the day after it was "fixed".I went back and had to keep calling daily to see if it they fixed the issue that i had already paid for. After 4 days they said they dont know what the problem is, but for a extra 200 they could put some piece in my catalatic converter of for 500 change it. My issue was an engine problem it was shaking when i drove it. It had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. it wasnt getting compression. The mechanic didn't even speak english. I dont know if they even did the work i paid for. I took it to another mechanic who is Caucasian and he told me it wasn't getting compression as the valves weren't opening fully and there is build up of carbon in the engine. He didnt even charge me for a diagnostic. Which took him a few hours to complete. I will never go to Deans again. I paid hard earned money and still got screwed over.

I usually try to fix issues myself as I am a total DIYer. But this time, I was stumped. I have a 2005 Chevy Blazer and according to all of the YT videos it was only a matter of changing a Circuit Board... The Trailblazer and the S10 have it so why not the Blazer...??? Then the guys at Judgemotive got on it. I watched as the went over the Wiring Schematic then left them alone. When I came back a mechanic named Sehaj had my dash ripped to pieces. Inside, I was freaking. They finally found the problem. It was in my Signal Light Switch (Multi-function Switch). I would never have found that problem in a million years... They couldn't find a new one, so while they searched, I did a different search and found a replacement. The let me buy the replacement and bring it in a few days later. In a couple of hours Sehaj had it installed and the dash back in place... The lights work great now. What really blew my mind about Judgemotive was what it cost... Not even half of what I was expecting. I can't say enough about the professionalism, the speed they work at and the Cost. These people bend over backwards for their customers. I fully endorse this business. It's the best :-)
