They explained the problem in detail and provided my options and a quote. Not only was the price super fair for the labor and new parts but they had it done THAT day. The shop closes at 6 but they worked after hours to return it to me by 7:30. They were super communicative over the phone and honestly I wouldn't trust my hardware with anyone else. The two gentlemen have been in the business together for 30 years and are very knowledgeable of their craft. Definitely try these guys out for any repairs. You won't regret it. I'm happy knowing that if I ever have any future issues with my hardware that I'm in good hands and covered right around the corner.
