Then was asked by them how I was going to pick up the materials!!! I wasn't prepared to pick up materials nor could I as I don't own a truck. Additionally we purchased all the materials they told us were needed for the job and half of the Items needed to be returned as they were the wrong items. Very poor job. Ironically enough the experience I had does not reflect ANY of the reviews I've read.

I then called Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor and spoke to the service manager Chris, and he was able to help me in figuring out the needed replacement part, AWSOME JOB! I later had the pleasure of talking to Chandra Layne when I called back the next day and Chandra went out of her way to get the part shipped directly to my home for me to install which was really easy. Chandra And Chris went over and above what most people have in most businesses these days. Sunbelt Lawn and Tractor have to AWSOME employees and that's just the 2 that I had the pleasure of talking to. Great experience was had. Thanks.

I couldn't afford to pay that much again for them to pick it up again and fix the tires again, so I did not use it for a year. Then they had a sale where transporting the tractor would be free so I sent it to them again and this time they found 'all kinds of problems' and it cost me about $800.00. They brought it back and it made popping sounds from the engine and banging sounds from the blades, things, that did not happen before it was sent there. They came and picked it up and now I have to pay about $500.00 again to fix those things, which were not a problem before it went to them. I feel trapped because there is no other certified Deere repair place any where near me except them. I feel I have been cheated and probably because I am an elderly woman. I do not recommend you use them unless you have to, and in that case, be prepared for them to charge huge sums of money for simple repairs and them to NOT be thorough. All I wanted was for my tires to be repaired. Suddenly they find half a dozen things wrong.

Six days later I have to physically go in and see what is going on before I leave town for a week. They tell me they will call me before the day is through. The next day they call and tell me what is broken. He lists off costs for replacement parts and when I ask him if I can come in and see where it is he is getting his prices he says "I dont have time to show you how every little thing with the computer works." They want to charge me $85 for a hard drive that was $35 at office depot down the road so I immediately nix any more elaborate repairs or replacements and only get the basics done because he was rude. Replace the motherboard. Move the system to a new case. No big deal there. About a week later I get the call it is done. Pick it up from the store, ask if there is anything else I need to do or know about. Told "nope you're good to go." Return home and hook it back up to discover I am missing 2 gigs of RAM (it went in with 6 GB of RAM) and have a fan that now sounds like a jet engine. Go back the next day and ask the receptionist about it. She walks to the back and within seconds I hear "4 gigs is plenty" from the back. Tech walks back to the front with my stick of RAM. He says it passed their initial test but it failed after they removed it from the old motherboard and moved it to a new one. It went in working, it passed their tests, only after they physically laid hands on it did it break. They also didn't bother asking me if I wanted to spend an additional ~$8 for a new case fan that doesn't deafen small children. At no point in the entire 2 week affair did they mention any of this, not even when I was picking up my presumably complete system. After contacting the manager and getting a response from the store owner that told me I should be grateful for all the time they spent and that if I wasn't satisfied I should take my business elsewhere. After contacting the BBB with a complaint about them and also asking for replacement of the RAM they damaged, they still refuse to budge on anything. Avoid these guys like the plague. Update: They now say they didn't damage the RAM and that it isn't broken. They claim it is simply incompatible with the motherboard they installed. The funny part is there is an identical 2GB stick of RAM that is functioning perfectly fine along with 2 1GB sticks. If the RAM itself actually is functional that means they removed it, kept it, and would have gotten away with a free stick of RAM if I hadn't noticed it was missing after final pick up.

This location is awful! I spent an hour there trying to get paint. It took them a 35 minutes to find my account, and another 25 to figure out my paint. I'm the only customer in the store, and now I know why. Despite my having all the information they needed to find my account and make my paint it took an hour and come to find out they gave me the wrong color paint! Today I went to the sherwin Williams in winter park on 17/92, I was in and out in 10 minutes! So my advice is skip this store, save yourself the hassle and go to winter park!
