There are quite a few pieces I have my eye on, but nothing I can afford at present. If you plan on making a purchase here, make sure you have a high limit on your credit card. The lowest price a giclee will run you is around $1500. If you're looking for an original piece, add a few more grand onto the price tag. The employees here are wonderful. They know each piece of art very well and can tell you all about the various artists. Also, unlike many places where high priced items are sold, the employees treat everyone with respect and they will actually give you the time of day!

My husband and I have been shopping at World of Decor for about 15 years. Over this time, we have…read morepurchased multiple pieces of furniture from WOD including 4 dining room chairs, chippendale and rococo styled bookshelves, vanity with mirror, a sitting chair, 4 end tables and a corner cabinet. None of these items were purchased through the store auctions and were able to be taken home same day (we had rental trucks). The pieces we have purchased are classic in style, (rococo/chippendale) made from quality, solid, mahogany wood and with ornate carvings and design. We were looking for a stool to go with the vanity and we lucked out and found one today. The price on the chair MSRP was listed at $1,099. The owner of the store offered it to us for just over $400 including tax. We happily took the offer, as we were hard pressed to find anything that seemed to match the current aesthetic without breaking the bank. This warehouse type facility has a borage of items and hosts virtual auctions every weekend. You can find king Louis style bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, chandeliers, bathroom vanities, large area rugs, decorative statues, holiday decor, outdoor gazebos, and more. They are always updating their inventory which is shipped in from around the world. If you're looking for stately (and sometimes over the top gaudy style), bespoke and over sized furniture, World of Decor should definitely be on your list of places to check out.

You couldn't even sit on it, let alone sleep on it. I call to see about returning it and was told that it was a 15% restock fee and had to be in the box. I didn't have a problem with the restock fee, but your delivery people took the box. If your rule is it has to be in the box, then you need to leave the box and let me know that. Or at least let me make the decision if I want to keep the box. Better to go somewhere that you can try the furniture and that is completely honest with their return policy upfront.

I gave her my budget and she sat with me and helped me pick something out that aligned with my budget. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I've ever had. But Tess is happy to work with you to resolve any issues and really cares about your happiness in the products you'll buy as well as respecting your budget. The products she sells are very great quality and sometimes exclusively sold to her only. I would recommend anyone go here if you know exactly what your looking for and if not she will help you find something.

However the legs where wrong. I spoke to the Clermont store to associates Chris, Julie and the Manger trying to get the correct legs. The manager and I have tried several times on Tuesday and Wednesday to get a hold of Home Delivery which send you to a voicemail where the voicemail is full, so you can't leave a message, obviously no one is getting calls returned. On Wednesday I spoke to the Manger. He stayed that he could to have a new wedge to me on the May 2nd, while I did not refuse that, I do have family coming in prior to that and needed to be able to use the sectional. I mean really how hard is it to get me the right legs prior to Friday. They wanted to deliver either the legs or a new wedge, the manager wasn't really sure which one, on Friday when no one was home. My husband is home Thursday, but that day couldn't be guaranteed. Seriously! The managers solution was to take the legs from the floor model so I could have it in time for use when family came in. I told him fine and that my husband would be there after work. When my husband arrived the legs were not ready and Julie had to call the manager to fine out if it ok. They did it with an attitude! My husband let Julie know we still found the solution unacceptable and we still wanted new legs. #customerfail #badcockhomefurniture #horriblecustomerservice
