Get this: no ticket, no problem with the car. And I was 4-5 blocks from Whitey's tire service. Enormous tire place (on BOTH Sides of Atlantic Avenue). AND When I slowly rolled up, three guys were waiting there chitchatting and directed me inside. I jokingly got out of the car and said, "I just need an oil change."
