Hello on 3/19/2022 at around 7:30pm I stopped by my local tire shop as I have done for the last 11yrs for tire services. I was greeted by a soft spoken gentlemen with a black hood and his partner who was lighter in hue with big curly hair. I needed a service done and the gentlemen quoted me $30. I asked the gentlemen if he had a torque wrench instead of using his impact gun to avoid damaging my vehicles Hub which he informed me they did not. I was in need of emergency services and the impact gun should be safe as long as they don't constantly pull the trigger. The services were done and my car was unable to move due to myself purchasing the wrong part. I immediately walked over to the gentlemen and apologized saying I would have to walk to Autozone and come right back. Autozone is approximately 16 blocks round trip walking. The gentlemen became irate and aggressive and proceeded to tell me i cannot block his driveway and as a courtesy he could put the car back in its original state so i could drive. I did not have anymore cash on hand and this business does not take card. I apologized again and told him the only other option was to call a tow truck which would block his driveway for hours. he then began to tell and be belligerent and mock me calling me names and laughing with his buddies saying I'm stupid and poor. I have been coming here for 11yrs as well as all of my family and i was shocked to get Customer Service like this. I was able to get cash and I paid for the service. the gentlemen kept talking calling me names after being paid and it took about 12mins for the new person who arrived to help me. I apologized again for the car trouble. But it was tough to be mocked for 30mins and then another 10 for repairs to be complete. fast forward the Bolts are my car are stripped as well as my Rotor Hubs which will cost me $1,100 to replace. I expect better service from a local business let alone one my family and I have been going to for the last 20yrs and always had amazing help I will never return again and I need compensation for the damages. I will call my lawyer.

Worst tire shop. Yeah they fix your flats but way to expensive and they sold me bad tires. I wouldn't recommend them

They are outsourcing the work and not even remotely worrying about the quality of the finished product. Their solution to a bad finish is "we can take em back and redo them". Nah fam - my time is way too valuable to be messing with you guys and this redo stuff. This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. These wheels make me want to vomit + take a look at the images I posted so you can get a good idea of the amount of blemishes on these newly refinished (x2) wheels. $653.02 after tax for this job. I'd rather pay a fifth grader this money to give me a splatter job with house paint lol. I'm laughing straight to the bank with this one... can anyone say CHARGEBACKKK?!?! THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT OFFER PROFESSIONAL POWDERCOATING SERVICES. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM -- I learned the hard way ‍ THE END.

As soon as we arrived, they immediately took the car in, assessed what was wrong and replaced it. They take cash and I appreciate the fact that it's a 24/7 shop. The cost of the tire wasn't bad either. Would definitely be back.

As it was late at night I googled the nearest 24 hour shop. In the north of Queens there basically aren't any but I found M & F within reasonable range. Fortunately for me I was driving on runflat tires. The service was immediate. They plugged the hole pretty rapidly in a work area that was pretty well lit. I looked like a solid independent establishment. I had only two issues with the place: 1) They were cash only and had no ATM. I had to cross the street where there were two gas stations. The ATM at one was out of order so I had to then walk to the next. Money-in-hand I got back to my car and drove off. 2) The technician inflated the tire to double the recommended pressure. My car is equipped with tire pressure sensors. It detected a tire pressure of 54 psi in the newly plugged tire. I had to stop, for the 3rd time that night, to release pressure until the tire was at the recommended 32 psi. Bottom line: If you're in a bind don't hesitate to go there. They'll get the job done. Just bring cash and know the specs of your car/tire situation.
