You could of already had me with the supermodel behind the counter, but they had to top it of with being : 1) Knowledgeable 2) They followed my OCD instructions. 3) They reassured my paranoia by writing notes to the mechanics on the wheels themselves. 4) They arranged with TintMax next door to pick up the wheels and load them in my truck without me being there. I was 80% sure that most technicians would install at least one wheel on a staggered setup to rotation backwards. But they installed them perfectly. No scuffs or scrapes to the wheel after install. It's easy to believe how they earned every good review.

One of the mechanics there short little tough guy Juan who acted like he wanted to fight after being confronted recommended a different size tire on my AWD suv because they did not have my right size in stock. Well guess what because the tire was a different size it ruined my rear differential. The owner refused to hold his business liable for what an employee did. They are the experts and should have never recommended a different size tire for a vehicle with all wheel drive just like the owner said he wouldn't recommend himself. I asked for just half the cost of replacing my differential and they couldn't even do that. Avoid them!!!!!

Between owning a vehicle with run flat tires & living in New York with crazy potholes..tire…read moreproblems can be a nightmare. After given too much run around by my tire & rims insurance, I decided to give this place a try. On 07/10/19, I spoke to Jr, he pointed out the problems & without any pressure - he recommended what was needed to be done. I was pleased that prior to commencing the repair, he was able to provide the price without add on surprises. Jr came across very knowledgeable with their services. In fact one of the rims sustained 3 cracks, and he was honest enough to tell me that he could fix it but it will not hold very well since I need to replace the rim. At that point, he did not try to sell me rims or any unnecessary parts. In fact, he encouraged me to deal with the tire insurance. For me, that came across as honest business. Today, I returned to replace my brakes. Since I shopped around for prices, I know that Affinity provided me a good deal. I dealt with Manny and he explained that rotors needed to be changed. He showed me the problematic part, but did not pressure me to pursue the service like I didn't have a choice. Both gentlemen provided excellent customer service. I am pleased with the overall work. This place is highly recommended.

This business deserves no stars. I am only forced to select one star in order to leave this review,…read morewhich I strongly disagree with. I am posting this review regarding an engine replacement performed by G & A Auto Diagnostic Wheel Alignment Center Inc. that has resulted in ongoing mechanical problems, safety concerns, and unresolved financial issues. On January 24, 2026, I paid $7,067.15 for an engine replacement. Immediately after leaving the shop (within approximately 2,000 feet), the engine began backfiring and the check engine light came on. When I contacted the mechanic, I was told to "break the engine in" and informed the engine came from a junkyard with an unknown history. The next day, I discovered a significant oil leak. I reported it and was told to return the following week despite the severity of the issue. Since then, I have had to return multiple times due to persistent problems that remain unresolved. I am currently unable to drive normally without repeatedly clearing the check engine light, raising ongoing safety concerns. I was later told the engine had not been tested prior to installation, which in my view is a major deviation from standard repair practice. After all these months, the mechanic (JR Cisneros) has now presented three options: 1. Remove the engine, issue reimbursement, and allow me to source another engine for him to install, while still charging labor costs 2. Wait for the one junkyard supplier this business uses to locate a replacement engine 3. Keep the defective engine and have him rebuild it for a separate labor fee Additional issues include: * Disconnected wires hanging beneath the transmission * Incorrect battery terminal installed, creating safety risks * Flywheel sold as new but appearing old and rusted * Charges for parts that may not have been necessary, as original components were reportedly reusable * A recently purchased alternator found to be damaged after the repair Communication has been inconsistent, with limited meaningful updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. I was eventually given options not disclosed at the time of service, including engine removal with conditional reimbursement dependent on a third party, an indefinite wait for a replacement, or paying additional costs for a rebuild. As a result, I have incurred additional transportation costs and lost income opportunities due to the lack of a functioning vehicle. My request for a full refund and reimbursement remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when considering major engine work from this shop due to unresolved mechanical issues, lack of transparency, and ongoing safety concerns.

They pointed out that a bolt on my new suspension backed out (probably on the highway) and it goes to the knuckle joint of the wheel and that it would not align without it. Long story short they helped me get what I needed. I came back today with the bolt and to get the alignment. I also asked for new tpms sensors as I got new rims and tires and now it wasn't working. I assumed the other shop that did it left my sensors in my old set. So, TPMS $75 a pop, they could have easily taken my money and said they installed it, but instead they pointed out that they were indeed there but the other shop didn't reprogram them. So instead 9f charging me for all new sensors and installing they just did a quick reprogram for me. Very very honest shop, very friendly, the only shop I will go to now and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
