Dirty Chai Latte & Eggs Benedict scottish

Amazing as always! Overall, one of the nicest and quality brunch spots around this area I'd say ^_^ Really love the kindness of the staff and swiftness. Can't go wrong with a pastry, hot sandwich, or egg benny here! Tried their seasonal Ube Latte today and that also didn't disappoint. Def check this spot out if you're going for brunch or a light munch!

Two years later, and still my favorite DTLA bakery. We beat the rush so could admire all the tasty looking pastries as you walk in before ordering at the counter. I tried their jalapeno croissant, and I can't wait to come back and have another light, flaky, flavorful croissant filled with jalapenos and cheese. I enjoyed my fruit tart. My husband had eggs provencal and a profiterole which really is the best. We sat out on the pleasant couryard and enjoyed the lowkey vibe.

I love Pitchoun! Whenever my firm needs pastries, they are my go-to spot. Yesterday I picked up a cheesecake for the team and it was delicious! I've honestly been sleeping on their lattes because wow I ordered their ube lavender latte and it was delicious. I especially appreciated that the espresso flavor was really prominent. 10/10

What a pleasant surprise! A French bakery and bistro in the downtown area of Los Angeles, California with a delicious menu and entrees that will wow your taste buds. Arrived in the morning to purchase a baguette, and decided to have coffee and a danish. As we dined and sipped our coffees the place slowly filled with local office patrons seeking a wholesome lunchtime meal. Everything that passed by looked scrumptious, and desirable. Warm vibe, friendly staff, and the menu speaks volumes. Highly recommend.

Pitchoun was a fun spontaneous discovery this weekend. My boyfriend and I were circling around the area for street parking and found a spot available in the Perishing Square area, right in front of Pitchoun. I saw some pastries and decided to take a look. Wowwwww pastry heaven! There was a whole case of delicious pastries. So many options to choose from. I picked a Chocolate Croissant and a Coffee Éclair. I don't have the pricing for this cause they didn't have a text receipt option so I selected email receipt, but stranger's email was on it and I didn't want to hold up the line figuring out their machine so I hit cancel. I ate the coffee eclair first and was a little underwhelmed. I love coffee flavors but this wasn't hitting the spot. The chocolate croissant was average and could be more flakey. I really like the variety of the selection they have so I would be willing to come back in the future, and try some of their lattes also.

Pros: -Yummy gingerbread latte. Not overly sweet and comes with cute latte art -Croissants aren't bad (tried raspberry croissant and the one topped with a cookie) -Sweet bread isn't bad Cons: -Not best part of LA -Paid parking -Not the best baked goods I've had but not the worst. Pretty good.

My partner and I came here to get some pastries as they had a bogo offer on Uber Eats. The shop is a quaint french inspired bakery. When you enter, you are greeted by a large display of pastries that change seasonally. The shop also has ample seating both indoors and on a small patio outside. Overall, it's a very cozy spot. On this visit we got almond croissants. I felt like the croissants were a bit dense and dry, but they had a nice almond flavor. Not my favorite croissant ever, but not bad. I've also gotten coffee here a few times in the past, and have been impressed by their espresso quality, they make a solid latte. I'm sure I'll return to sample some of their other pastries as well as some of their Resturant items.

I love Pitchoun! The staff is always warm and accommodating and my colleagues love the assorted pastries that I bring to in-person meetings. If you can swing by, it's way better than grabbing a box of donuts! I recently tried their Avocado Toast, which was a great morning bite. I wasn't a huge fan of the poached egg and wish the avocado was a bit more seasoned, though overall it was an enjoyable, clean bite to eat!

Decided to try this after staying the night in DTLA! We shared a couple pastries, an omelette, and the French toast. We each ordered a coffee as well. Note that the large coffee essentially comes in a soup bowl and my friend was too full to even finish it. I was content with the small. The seating is self seating and you get your own utensils. They deliver the food to the table after ordering at the bar. The chocolate almond croissant was good, the omelette was also, but the French toast was fantastic. Would order that again!

I tried the French toast and it was okay. I was slightly underwhelmed. I didn't think the toast had enough of a "fry" to it like your standard diner, but it did the job. I was distracted by the cute decor and their vast variety of baked goods.

Did you know these are full of raspberry jam?? I never knew! Yum!!!

They had an amazing selection, very authentically French and beautiful ambience. I felt like I was in Paris.

While in LA for a long weekend, my wife and I happened upon this lovely French bakery. Oh my gosh!! Excellent food and coffee. The service was friendly and one of the servers even spoke French. It was early on Saturday morning so it was not super busy, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather at the tiny table and chairs much akin to being on a Parisian street.

So glad we stumbled upon this café. The selection is galore from an all-day breakfast menu to fresh juices and oven-fresh pastries. Service was impressively fast; our sandwich arrived within five minutes of ordering. Coffee is available too, so those delicious pastries definitely won't be enjoyed alone. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot to linger. This just might be one of my new favorite places to visit. For the downtown area, parking is best found in nearby parking structures around the block.

With things like goat curry and gluten free options, you gotta have rice. Second, they ran out of goat curry. I came all the way from San Diego to try it. Oh well. Excuse to come back. The standouts were the green beans, the Brussels sprouts that came with the chicken, the pork shank and the tuna and crunchy quinoa salad. I'm still thinking of that crunchy quinoa. We had no room for dessert. So maybe next time we try the goat curry, get the quinoa salad again and get dessert! The service was great too. Attentive but not overbearing. It's a cute restaurant both inside and outside.

My wife and I stopped here a few weekends back for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with just how much I enjoyed the food. The ambiance here is pretty generic, white and bright and very copy and paste of a lot of places popping up recently. The staff was super friendly while taking our orders and dropping the food off, which is always appreciated. I ended up ordering the Santo's Turkey Melt which is smoked turkey, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, and chipotle aioli served on sourdough with a side of french fries.
