Sigh.........I had such high hopes. All the reviews were 5 star raving about the food. Reviews stated the food was simple but so good. I figured I had to check it out. I pulled up to the restaurant with another couple. We were the only patrons. The couple stated they were not prepared to order. I ordered a burger on pita bread with fries and a hot dog with fries for my tot. The server submitted my ticket because the couple was still undecided. I sat in my car and waited while the couple scanned the menu. They eventually decided on a dish and settled on a table outside. I was shocked and disappointed when I saw the couple was served before me though my order was submitted way before theirs. My pet peeve: if you order first, you should be served first! I finally get my burger. Boy what a shocker. A surprisingly unremarkable, undressed burger. The lettuce, tomato and packs of mayo and ketchup were placed in the tray. The burger was accompanied by french fries that looked and tasted like they slept in a vat of oil. I expected fresh food. Not a burger patty I could get at Walmart and flacid french fries.

Fantastic!! Had the Shwarma plate with hummus and these great pitas! HIGHLY recommend it! Also had a side of white beans and rice and would have been happy to have that as the main part of the meal. The side pickles is a treat. Try this place. Best to call ahead since over lunch they can get busy. Looking forward to going back again soon!!

Pretty much the only kosher place in town. There are a ton of vegetarian options as well! The food is cooked well and is delicious! Straight forward Israeli/Middle Eastern cuisine. Well worth it if you are in the area for sure! I'm a big fan of the kibbeh! read more

We were in town on vacation for a week and since this is the only Kosher local option we ate here a lot. The food is very good, fresh and made to order. The service can be a bit slow because like I said this is the ONLY kosher option around so it can take up to an hour for the food to be ready but be patient they're doing their best. Order far in advance if you want less of a wait. The owners are very hardworking people. The schnitzel and shawarma are both amazing options, the baguettes there are so fresh and fluffy. read more

This place is a GEM in a Myrtle Beach! It's a very assuming restaurant but don't let the looks of it deceive you. It may not have the ambiance of a great restaurant, but the owners are super friendly and the food certainly does NOT disappoint. The ingredients are fresh and the food is SO delicious. There are meat, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available here! And it's one of the only kosher restaurants in MB. Personally I've eaten the falafel, hummus, shawarma, and grape leaves. This place is a great find. It so much reminds me of the falafel/ Middle Eastern Places back home in Brooklyn NY that I used to love. And miss. The atmosphere is nice clean and casual. The owners are friendly and informative. But most of all the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. This is without a doubt authentic Middle Eastern food at its best. Best food we had in Myrtle beach all weekend! No joke you guys- this place is a hidden gem. Home made, fresh, healthy and super super clean! Nina the lady who owns and runs this place is super cute. We were here for just the weakened and spent a lot of money at places that had terrible food to be honest. So we gave this place a try based on the 2 reviews that were on here and we are so glad. This is place is super authentic and Israeli style and plenty of food for really good prices. Nina even brought us some pickled radishes and pickles and she also gave us a grapefruit drink to try from Israel. We needed up buying 2 more of those bottles haha! We will be back here for dinner and the next time we are in the area we are not going to waste our time at other overrated and over priced places because we want to enjoy the beach more with a healthy meal in our stomachs! So grateful that there is a kosher restaurant with great food in Myrtle Beach. At this time there is only a take-out option but they had an easy online ordering system and the food was ready when we got there for pick up. I was worried the food would taste like it had been frozen and reheated since it is off season but it tasted fresh and delicious! read more

Old school. Proper. The sort of spot where you mind your business and enjoy your meal, because whatever's going on across the room is none of your concern. They don't waste time getting you sorted either. Straight into it with a soup to start, name escapes me but I can still taste it clear as day. Silky, rich, proper comforting stuff. The kind that makes you stop mid sentence and give a little nod of approval. Then the homemade rolls arrive, warm, soft, and dangerously good. You tell yourself one and done, but let's be honest, that's never how it goes. For the entrée, I stayed loyal. Chicken Alfredo. My go to whenever I'm sizing up an Italian spot. And mate, this one delivered in full. Creamy without being over the top, seasoned just right, and put together like someone in the back takes real pride in what they're doing. No shortcuts, no funny business. The lady went for the trio, chicken, shrimp, veal, the full works. A confident order and she was well pleased, which tells you everything you need to know. Portion sizes? Exactly as they should be. Generous without being ridiculous. We gave it a proper go, waved the white flag halfway through, and still had a tidy bit left to take back to the condo. Arguably just as good the second time round. And then there's the service. Shoutout Sammi. Absolute star. Made a couple from Texas feel like regulars on their third visit. Attentive without hovering, sharp without being stiff. Just how it should be. Some places serve food. This place gives you a proper evening. Five stars. Locked in.

I have been thinking about the Hummus topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions ever since I visited Pita Planet for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The hummus is soooooo creamy and delectable, and the pita was fresh and warm. Guess I need to go back and have some more, and I'm extremely grateful to live nearby. I will be a regular! read more

I absolutely love this little restaurant. The food here is delicious!! Best falafel in Myrtle Beach! I also love the shawarma and all the delicious salads.
