We just happened to stumble upon this little ocean front hole in the wall while walking the boardwalk. We were a larger group & it was becoming difficult to find a restaurant that pleased everyone, until we stopped at Abraham's. Since 1992 they have been serving Greek food plus a variety of burgers, sandwiches, chicken, pizza, hot dogs, salads & even vegetarian falafel...all reasonably priced too. The friendly owner took our orders at the counter & brought our food out to us. He never asked for a name but somehow remembered who got what. The owner was warm & welcoming. Between all of us we mostly has the pizza, burgers & chicken dishes. Everything was yummy. We ate outside on the patio & enjoyed the beautiful ocean view & breeze. Did a quick stop here on Sept 23rd for my last day walking the boardwalk before heading back to Las Vegas , Nevada. I've heard this place has good gyros , but I didn't get one since I was going out to dinner later , but I did get an ice cream cone. It's Blue Bell Ice Cream which we just got in Vegas a couple months ago , but I haven't seen the multicolored one I got. I've had Rainbow Sherbet before , but this was different. The lady that helped me was nice and greeted me right away. The little dining area is clean and there are lots of cool pictures and stuff on the walls. I would love to try the gyro sometime since I was in the Army in Germany for 4 years in the 80's and we went to Crete , Greece every year for competition and we had a place in Chania on the boardwalk that was the best one I've ever had and nothing has come close since. I do get good shawarma in Las Vegas , but the gyros are not very good and we have a lot of Greek restaurants there. Abraham's is located in the other arcade , not the Fun Plaza which is much bigger on the boardwalk. It's on the ocean side , not the boulevard side. read more

Gyro were great, you can skip the coldrink and fries, but we felt it was value for money while putting the order although we did not finish either. Falafel were great in taste and texture. I wasn't expecting culinary excellence when visiting here but was at least hoping for a passable Gyro. Unfortunately they wasn't the case. The Good: fries were excellent and fresh. Starry soda was perfect. The Bad: Gyro was very subpar. Basically meat and pita. Very little tzatziki and no onions at all (unlike someone else in my party got. Just a few onions but better than none. ). Basically a decent pita with meat and lettuce. Needed more tzatziki, onions, feta chunks and pepperoncini. Overall a big disappointment. Lamb beef gyro was excellent. Veggies were crisp/refreshing, tzatziki sauce was authentic and tasty, not too greasy. French fries were seasoned perfectly, not over seasoned, potatoes fresh, and not greasy! Seamed to be a father and son running and serving the place, which was nice, provided great service - they even served us at a table. Was perfect for a quick bite, quick sit down, great boardwalk ambiance. I will definitely return. I wanted to try their ice cream but was too full. Located on the boardwalk next to the arcade. It has inside and outside seating. The place is small. The menu has a variety of foods to include gyros, but also pizza, fries and nachos. I ordered the Shrimp gyro with fries. It was pretty good and they weren't skimpy with the shrimp. The fries weren't the best, but the gyro was so big that I didn't even need the fries to fill me up. The combos come with a drink, but they don't offer refills. Since they are located on the boardwalk, parking is off site. read more

Hidden away in the smallest little shop on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is Abraham's Gryos and Abraham himself. Both Abraham and his shop are the cutest and honestly have some of the best Mediterranean food I've had in a while! Although the menu includes many dishes including falafel, gyros, nachos, fries, and pizza, I decided to go traditional and order a Falafel Sandwich with a side of fries. The falafel was AMAZING. It was dense yet light and had absorbed barely any oil. The sponginess of the inside paired perfectly with all of their sauces and veggies. The pita on the outside was also perfectly toasted and made for an extraordinary meal. The fries were nice and crispy and paired super well with the gyro sauces. The outdoor seating is also on the boardwalk and overlooks the beach and ocean making for an extremely serene dining experiences. I'll definitely be giving Abraham's a visit every time I'm in Myrtle! read more

It took about 10 minutes to serve the order, but it's worth the wait and it has the bonus of the beautiful view of the beach while you are waiting.
