My wife got the Eggs Benedict. The sauce...I want to say was broken but I don't think it was made from scratch. If I had to guess I would say it was a combination of premade with butter added to make it "homemade". The poached eggs were over cooked (please see the picture). You want those eggs to be runny (personally I don't like that but said wife does) and these had a jammy center like you would get on Ramen. The portions are big. Too big. Three eggs on Benedict, seven slices of bacon and a large fruit cup. I like to get a value but it has to be hard to make a profit with the price to portion ratio. I am struggling with two or three stars. Two is "do not go there", three is "the place isn't for me but you might like it". I think the owner/chef really cares and is trying. Given that I think they care I am going with three stars. I wish them well but there are some issues they need to work on.

I also watched her meticulously clean and straighten out the dining room. I could definitely tell that she took pride in how the restaurant looked. The food was tasty.
