Probably the worst McDonald's in the area, if you can make it, the one on 43 has the friendliest staff and makes your order correctly. I came here and the staff said verbally that they were mad at having to make plain burgers all the time and purposely put onions all over my sand which. On top of this, they close early at least once a week, and tend to claim it's due to short staffing but when you go inside there's 15 people and 4 sitting around talking. Their hours change on a day to day basis, they could close anywhere between 8pm-11pm, and while usually it's around 10pm they've closed as early as noon before. I went to pick up a mobile order at 10:30 and they said they were closed, and we kept trying to clarify what was happening because the worker was talking in a whisper into the microphone and she was rude. The wait for food is extended each time I visit. Chronically understaffed. Low worker morale is written on their faces. It's nearly impossible to get the attention of any worker until they call the number of the order that is ready. None of the workers with long hair have it restrained. Doesn't keep posted hours on their app. Management doesn't update them and doesn't turn off online ordering when they close. So you can place your order, drive 15-20 minutes out of your way to pick up the order the app accepted without a problem... just to arrive an empty, closed restaurant with a note posted on the drive thru saying they closed early. I get staff shortages, I get COVID, but at this point we've been doing this for more than two years. If you can't plan around staff shortages and COVID at this point, maybe think of closing your franchise and opening a clown store instead. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. The bathrooms are always dirty. These guys are very very very slow. Don't communicate with you at all. Ignore you. This McDonalds is the worst one I have ever been to. The information on the app is never even remotely correct, and they seem to close early/at random hours multiple days a week. Their hours are never updated online and you only find out by seeing a little piece of paper taped to their door. They don't respect their customers. I waited in the drive through 20 minutes for my food and my requested receipt. They gave me a receipt that was 6 hours old and had "overring" and 0 dollars. I told them that was lame and she said "I'm a person!?" Yes they are people that are totally untrained and management should leave and pick a different kind of work. The food was dried out and worthless, hence the need for a receipt because we all know if you complain , that's the first thing they say you must have. As I slowly make the transition from Stow to Brecksville, I stopped here to buy lunch for my awesome family members who are helping me gut my new house. I can easily say that my experience on Nov. 4th was the best customer service I've ever received at a McDonald's in years! Recently went there and I had an order on my phone and my friend had to order at the drive thru. I tell them this and we give the 1st window guy the money and then we are at the 2nd window where they can't find my online order and then this toothless idiot manager comes up and says he had no record of my friends order. I can't think of a place that has less caring or competent employees. Order is wrong more times than not, and when you ask them to correct it they act bothered. I have talked to the manager before and they correct the problem immediately. The problem is asking the staff to correct the problem that happened this morning was returning the wrong order, the young man seemed bothered, rolled his eyes, replaced the order incorrectly, and was then upset when told him to correct it. This is the absolute WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I decided to give it a second try after my last bad experience here, and to no surprise, I was let down yet again. The girl that took my order was nice, but just... not professional at all. "Go ahead" was all I got when I pulled up to the speaker. Then, after pulling forward to grab my food, the girl handing me my drink did not fasten the top onto the drink all the way resulting in it spilling all down my arm. Because she was too busy having a conversation with someone that was working there, she didn't notice, and didn't seem to care when she saw me wiping my arms off that were now covered in Dr. Pepper. In addition, I just purchased Christmas gifts that were in the front seat and the Dr. Pepper spilled on those too because I was just trying to get the Dr. Pepper in my cup holder before it spilled again. To top it off, she continued her conversation with the coworker while holding my food what seemed about an inch outside the window. I couldn't even grab it. She noticed that I was still there waiting and she said "oh, sorry" and then closed the window. I don't really care that I didn't get a "have a nice day" from her, but the lack of professionalism and lack of caring at this location really drives away my business.
