Today I felt like not cooking so my daughter and her husband was here and I figured I would give Marco Pizza my son-in-law ordered a meatball sub. My daughter got the Italian sub. I ordered a garden salad and then I ordered boneless chicken wings. My son-in-law's meatball sub was horrible. There was no meatballs on it And then my chicken tender boneless wings were OK. The seller was great. They can't mess up a salad, but I don't know about my daughter sandwich. He's coming home from work now to see what it's all about. I'm very disappointed with Marco's. read more

Order was supposed to be ready at 6. It was not. Also cooks in back scratching their head and then grabbing cheese to spread on pizza.

The general manager informed me that when you order and pay for double and triple toppings, that's not what you get. You don't get this because they can't put all those much toppings on a pizza.. He said, yes they take your money for double and triple toppings but they have an in-store policy to to give double at about 50 percent extra and triple at about another 40 percent extra. I know, that's confusing because it's ridiculous. Double doesn't mean double and triple doesn't mean triple. However, they charge you for double and for triple. read more

The pizza here is so good I would recommend it but the price are a lot some are ok the have different prices but not a lot to choose from.

HORRIBLE RACIST SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE!!! THE DISRESPECT I ENDURED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WAS UNBEARABLE! I AM OUTRAGED!!! I pulled up for a drive up order that I paid for. I waited outside and saw two people go in after I pulled up. I went inside and waited to speak to the person at the counter. For a quiet moment if you will. He proceeded to go off on me! He was "so upset" that I was "rude" about asking for an item that I PAID for and didn't walk out to me. I shouldn't of had to have gone inside in the first place. The process of carry out should be under control and planned out by management. It is clearly not and they have no idea what they are doing. I stood my ground as he was unbearably disrespectful. He thought a quick question was "rude". What a soft skinned disrespectful individual. The larger issue is this individual that is working there is highly volatile and sensitive. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Where people will speak to you at the same time as someone else. Can you imagine going for a routine pizza pickup somewhere and because you asked a question you get the cops called on you? That situation did not need to happen no matter how "wrong" they think this is. It was a outright attack on me and I think he did this because he saw a black person and wanted to threaten me. He told me he'd call the police before even offering and then after I demanded it, "confirming" my refund. I am not even sure I trust that he did the refund to be honest. That is not what you call the police for. A manager should be able to handle that. If you are going to be that sensitive and explode at people you cannot work with the public and be a manager. If you think about it this is almost dangerous. He was HIGHLY touchy and explosive. He would of did that for any reason. This is ludicrous and that place needs to be shut down. He Threatened me with that before apologizing for the wait and OFFERING me a refund. He did that as a person that is supposed to be calm under pressure and is supposed to be someone that handles situations better. DO NOT COME HERE. The manager is disrespectful, volatile and childish and doesn't know how to deal with people or customers. I cannot believe the treatment I received today at the mere mention or questioning about an order I paid for. He did that because I'm black. He needs to be fired. read more

Pizza was as ordered - pepperoni and extra cheese. Hot and delicious. Well within time period. I would recommend.

If you're ordering from a pizzeria, then order a pizza not a salad. You don't go to a breakfast joint and order sushi, do you? I've gotten customized pizza and wings two times from them now and both times they were perfect. I literally cannot come up with a single complaint. Thank you Marco's. Very underrated. read more

Shout out to their manager she is amazing. My order was wrong and the manager called me and made it right. She went above and beyond. Thank you for excellent service. read more

Honest to god. The most incompetent humans in the world working here. We have ordered 3 times. Each time a different catastrophe. I understand things happen. Certainly I do. However. Not. 3. Times. The last straw was receiving a completely different order almost an hour late. read more

This pizza tastes better than my favorite pizza in Cincinnati. My mouth waters just thinking about it! The cheese they use tastes fresh as well as the wonderful sauce. read more

I have tried several other pizza places in Brunswick this Marcos gets it right every time ! They are always early on delivery times and pizza is right and hot ! read more

This used to be one of the better places for a pizza in Brunswick but not anymore. Pizza is greasy and sloppily made. Half the time they don't pay attention to what you order and you can thank your lucky stars if it's not undercooked or burned. I don't know if the management has changed or they simply don't care anymore. After more than ten years as a steady customer, it's time to look elsewhere. read more

first delivered order of the great 8 pizza along with pepperoni pizza was anything but great. almost nothing on it and they forgot to send the side order. called and asked for replacement was put on hold for ten minutes and the gentleman on the phone who claimed to be the mgr. promised to remake it himself. i found out different as i was lied too after receiving the second order that came with wrong crust thick instead of thin and micro toppings that looked like prep table droppings swept up into a dustpan and dumped onto the wrong crust. the mgr shelley says... yea people dont like this pizza and return them alot so i asked for a refund and was told i had to wait a week for the refund and i used a debit card which easily could have been refunded as cash as i myself am a general mgr and have managed a few top name businesses in the area over many years. i was a weekly customer over the last two decades but over the last two years this has been a recurring problem especially at the brunswick ohio hwy 42 location 44212. enjoy the 6 bucks you failed to refund me when shelley screwed that up also and never gave me a receipt also. so i will check my bank for a week and def will be back if my shorted refund doesnt show up.. its worth the 6 bucks plus the tip never to return read more
