Last visit Augies was more than accommodating to let us order ahead to help us out to avoid meltdowns. I called to try to do the same thing we've done before at Augies bc my child wanted pizza but was on the verge of a meltdown if we waited. The owner Joe would not talk to me, "would call me later" (which never even happened) after the fact of us wanting to eat and would not let us order ahead regardless of our situation. I loved this place until there was no caring towards my child with disabilities. This goes to show us all that this restaurant won't truly understand Autism until it affects their lives.
