She didn't even tell us "I'll be right with you" or anything. She just kept walking past us. There was no urgency. I'm not someone who usually gets mad at having to wait, but it was pretty ridiculous. The ordering process was very slow. We both had separate orders. In between the two, she took the time to (slowly) unclog the receipt printer. It was just a very slow process that felt like we were wasting our time.

I ask what's going on, and they said it's gonna be a minute. What in the world? It HAS been a minute! I ended up leaving frustrated, as I didn't have time to sit around at a Wendy's all night. Incredibly oblivious, careless staff. As someone who has experience in food service, I do not understand why your last priority is the customer you completely screwed over. The grilled cheese quesadilla was enjoyed & the kids burritos ($4.50) were great.. grilled, super cheesy & beefy. Had a couple bites & wished I got this instead of my power bowl. Plus the way ingredients are grouped (like bibbi-bop) the flavors don't mix & cheese doesn't melt on chicken like it would in a burrito. If the chicken was grilled it woulda added to the texture & flavor as well. Next time I'm getting a grilled burrito. Kids drinks are a good price at 1.50.
