I'm not someone who usually gets mad at having to wait, but it was pretty ridiculous. The ordering process was very slow. We both had separate orders. In between the two, she took the time to (slowly) unclog the receipt printer. It was just a very slow process that felt like we were wasting our time.

Incredibly oblivious, careless staff. As someone who has experience in food service, I do not understand why your last priority is the customer you completely screwed over. I went to pick up a mobile order at 10:30 and they said they were closed, and we kept trying to clarify what was happening because the worker was talking in a whisper into the microphone and she was rude. Generally, this McDonald's sucks and don't eat here unless you have to.

It's the kind of burrito, that's so big you say oh I'll have half now and half later. Then you wrap up the second half wait a few minutes then say ok it's later and finish the burrito.
