My friend has known Craig for years, from when he worked at Mercedes. His partner, a mechanic, had also worked for Mercedes. When the business opened we both decided to start going to Silver Star. They are very familiar with Mercedes and BMW and I really like that I only have to go 20 minutes from my home to get there. Makes drop of and pick ups so much easier. You just drive in, park and give Craig the key. This is a very pleasant service shop to do business with. They also do inspections and have the equipment necessary to maintain these cars.

I recently tried to contact them to schedule an appointment and use the gift card. I emailed. No response. I called... Calls go straight to voice mail. Left a call back number, but no response. Wait a few days and call again No response. Call again. No response. Requested a refund. No response. Clearly, this guy 'Javon' is a fraud and will not honor the gift card. The reason behind that was they never got authorization to do the added repairs in the first place but went ahead and did them anyway. They broke their own procedure by doing the repairs with out prior authorization. They held my car for "collateral " So I asked why hold my care if you broke your own rules and felt you were going to get paid? I was told that was procedure. I asked what happens if the claims adjuster does not agree with the charges ,they said they will continue to hold my car as collateral Shouldn't they give me my car back because they screwed themselves by not getting authorization first? no customer relations no business sense
