He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. Wish I had before and after photos but I hope these end results proves their work!

They are very familiar with Mercedes and BMW and I really like that I only have to go 20 minutes from my home to get there. Makes drop of and pick ups so much easier. You just drive in, park and give Craig the key. This is a very pleasant service shop to do business with. They also do inspections and have the equipment necessary to maintain these cars.

My most recent problem (suspension clunk) was not easily diagnosed, but they successfully found the problem and made repairs for a very reasonable price. I had a radio installed and it didn't work properly due to installer error. I took it back and they…read morecouldn't figure out the problem. I ended up taking it a different shop and they found 2 issues and made the repair. It cost me $160 to have this repair done. I called Bill at Illusions but he wouldn't answer. I sent him a text message with the repair receipt to see if he would reimburse me the $160. He said he would look into and get back to me and I have not heard from him since. So I paid him $1000 cash and had to pay $160 to have his work fixed and he just goes on like nothing happened. I'm not chasing this guy for $160, but if I were you I'd steer clear of him. There's a lot of other places to get a radio or a detail. His detail guy Eric is a great guy and does great detail work but Bill doesn't really care about customer service. I will not be going back there or recommending Illusions to anyone for anything. At this point I don't care about the $160 but it would have been nice to be acknowledged rather than ignored.

I recently tried to contact them to schedule an appointment and use the gift card. I emailed. No response. I called... Calls go straight to voice mail. Left a call back number, but no response. Wait a few days and call again No response. Call again. No response. Requested a refund. No response. Clearly, this guy 'Javon' is a fraud and will not honor the gift card. I am currently attempting to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Do yourself a favor, and find someone else for your Auto Detailing needs.
