Steve is usually the person I work with, and he has always been fantastic to deal with. The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. It's hard to find an auto shop you can fully trust these days, but Christian Brothers has absolutely earned ours.

She said they were two weeks out for service appointments. Quicklane is first come first serve. So I decided to go to Quicklane. I arrived at Quicklane around 7:21am. Figure I get there early it would not take long for a oil change and tire rotation. Hence the name Quicklane. Unfortunately they do not live up to the name " Quicklane ". I got out of there at 9:01 am. They did have a full complement of Technicians working in the bays. But still not so quick. As I related previously in this review, I had my last service done at Crossroads Ford of Apex dealership 5000 miles ago. Here is the thing as you notice in the pictures of the receipts . The dealerships cost was $54.86 , for the same EXACT service at Not so Quicklane was $ 82.76. Big difference, don't you agree. I can see rising cost because of the supply chain, But ...... I know what I will do next time is scheduled a appointment with the dealership. BTY : Quicklane did have complementary coffee, donuts and water. Also dual screen TV 's. Took it to the Toyota dealership was told I needed a new transmission. Without hesitation I took it to Johnson's transmission. They properly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. No new transmission was required. Thank goodness there are still honest people around who are not selling a job just because of the $$$ they will make. I stopped on the exit to check the oil levels and hopefully add a little oil in order to get back on the road, but the engine was making a loud ticking noise. There was smoke coming from the engine bay and oil sprayed all the way up the back window of the car. That's when I decided that it was best to leave it there and have it towed to the nearest automotive shop. Thankfully, JT&AS was no more than 7 miles away from where I was stranded. They hold that right as business owners, which I understand completely. One of their staff members was not aware of this and it was not until after a $120 diagnostic that I was notified they don't accept payments from insurance/warranty companies. I explained to the owner that I had multiple phone calls with this staff member about using my warranty company as payment. Staff is not educated on the shops policy and client is bitting the bullet!
