This is an overdue review for a great group of Mechanics. My friend from here had a Prius with a dead battery from not driving it. It needed CA license tag and emissions test So we got it towed in and they kept it alive long enough to drive and test. mission accomplished. read more

Always fast and efficient. Most importantly always honest and have no problem explaining why something does or does not need to be don.

I have wanted to write this for a while now. When we were traveling through the area, on our way back home, our alternator went out on a Sunday afternoon. They got us in first thing in the morning and had it fixed by that same afternoon. They were amazing and we appreciate how quickly they got us back on the road! A huge thank you from us!!! read more

Great service. No upsales. Just honest solid work. Local, family-owned business. Highly recommend.

I'm feeling confident to take my car to this shop. My car problems have been solve. Good knowledge, good and quality service.

High-quality service: Staff was very helpful in changing an order for four tires. They took the time to explain to me the details of the best tire options for mountain and snow driving. read more

My son and I both happened to have flat tires around the same time. My son came here first with his vehicle, a BMW, and inquired about a new tire. The mechanic (Dominic) he spoke with was informative and provided my son with a quote for the cost of a new tire and labor, which was around $100. The tire was replaced in less than twenty minutes and we were on our way. A few days later, my tire happened to go flat as well on my Honda. I brought my vehicle down and they were very helpful. They gave me a new tire and quoted me a reasonable price of about $40. I highly recommend this place- the customer service is great and the prices are extremely reasonable. read more

These are hands down the best mechanics I've dealt with in my entire life . They are straight forward , honest and have fair pricing and are incredibly trust worthy . They have kept my houpty on the road for years . I don't presently live in winters thanks to the housing crisis and unaffordable rent and very little housing there , yay! Not being so close to them is a major burden since they are all I trust! Anyway, anyhow , I always try and get my way to them and I'm all the way in Sacramento now ! They have become so busy though as they are highly sought after so keep that in mind. They are a small mom and pop. read more

Ventured down to Pisani's based on the recommendation of my colleagues and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, since I've been taken for a fool at many other shops in the past and prepared myself to be told that the repair I needed would either cost loads of money or that something else was suddenly wrong with my car. Not even close!! Dominic inspected my door handle to see if he could fix it without replacing the entire thing, and when he found out he couldn't he took a few minutes to check on the cost of the part and told me he could fix it tomorrow. The quote I was given was spot on with the price I was charged the next day, no hidden fees or changes. I also asked about the possibility of getting my broken seat encasement fixed (another shop had left it dangling off after they took my entire driver's seat out of the car) and he gladly checked it out. Turns out that all it was missing was a clip or two, that they didn't have so I figured I could go on without it. But that dang seat kept on nagging me and became a huge annoyance so i HAD to go back and get it fixed. I didn't care what the cost would be, or what needed to be replaced I just wanted it fixed. Dominic came to the rescue again!! 10 minutes was all it took, and the seat was perfect. After all the fiddling around, and what I felt like would have been a pain in my butt were I in his position, he said he wasn't even going to charge me. This place get the job done, and they do it well. For that, they have earned my trust and my business!! Side note: I now smile every-time I get into the car, it's pretty funny how such small things can have such a huge impact on comfort and happiness ! :) Thank you Pisani's!! read more

Driving down the highway we suddenly started losing tire pressure in one tire. The next exit was Winters. We pulled into Pisani's, they removed the screw from the tire, and did a proper patch repair, not a plug. $25.00 and 30 minutes later we were back on the road. Excellent service. Thanks read more

If they had 6 stars, I'd give that too. I've had at least 6 cars in 20 years, and all of them have been serviced at Pisani's. First, they are honest, thorough, quick and outstanding professionals. Second, I've called when I have broken down, and someone in the Pisani clan has always been there to help. From tire problems, engine, timing, exhaust problems, and a host of other things that come with keeping cars, they have all been great. Last year, I had to part with my favorite car, my Ford Escape. It had 270,000 miles on it. I think that is a testament to having the oil changed at Pisani's and having the Pisani crew inform me about the health of my car. Also, they let me know what it was time to move on and buy a new car. Trustworthy, knowledgable, expert, fast, thorough, dedicated. They are the best place for miles around! read more

These guys are great. They helped me out in a pinch and did so on the spot, they didn't have to. The customer service of just getting my tire swap out done right then and there was a big plus. read more

My wife and I were traveling from Medford Oregon to the Napa Valley for a 40th year class reunions. Had car trouble on the 505 just outside of Winters California. Pulled over across the street from Pisani's. Went inside to inquire about transmission fluid. Dominic came around the corner and said let's run across the street and check out your vehicle. Long story short, I needed a new transfer case. Dominic was super helpful. He appeared to be truly sorry that we had encountered the problem. His price for replacement of the transfer case was reasonable. We left the vehicle there to have the work done. I'll be picking up the vehicle in a week. We'll see how the work is done, but my initial impression is very good. Both Dominic and Bob were very accommodating. read more

This review is long overdue. The guys at Pisani's are hard-working, friendly, and knowledgeable. Most of us have had bad experiences with dishonest mechanics who have no qualms about taking advantage of customers. This is not the case at Pisani's! When I take my car here, I know I will get an honest assessment along with reasonable prices. I've been coming here for 8 years and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Pisani's! read more

My family has used Pisani's for many years. We have (2) Toyota's and one VW and no matter what goes wrong with the vehicles, they seem to work magic and at a fantastic rate. Many time I have wanted to blow up my VW and Pisani's works their magic and keeps it running. It has become more economical to take my vehicles to Pisani's instead of purchasing new vehicles. You guys are great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I got towed into Winters after having my fuel pump go out on 505 the Friday before Easter. It was about 4:30 pm and was concerned that no one would work on my truck until Monday. After checking for a fuel pump at the parts store (one in stock), Dave said that he could get me on the road. I was fortunate that I was taken to Pisanis. I found Dave and his crew to be honest. I can recommend this shop. read more
