My son and I both happened to have flat tires around the same time. My son came here first with his vehicle, a BMW, and inquired about a new tire. The mechanic (Dominic) he spoke with was informative and provided my son with a quote for the cost of a new tire and labor, which was around $100. The tire was replaced in less than twenty minutes and we were on our way. A few days later, my tire happened to go flat as well on my Honda. I brought my vehicle down and they were very helpful. They gave me a new tire and quoted me a reasonable price of about $40. I highly recommend this place- the customer service is great and the prices are extremely reasonable. read more

These are hands down the best mechanics I've dealt with in my entire life . They are straight forward , honest and have fair pricing and are incredibly trust worthy . They have kept my houpty on the road for years . I don't presently live in winters thanks to the housing crisis and unaffordable rent and very little housing there , yay! Ventured down to Pisani's based on the recommendation of my colleagues and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, since I've been taken for a fool at many other shops in the past and prepared myself to be told that the repair I needed would either cost loads of money or that something else was suddenly wrong with my car. Not even close!! Dominic inspected my door handle to see if he could fix it without replacing the entire thing, and when he found out he couldn't he took a few minutes to check on the cost of the part and told me he could fix it tomorrow. The quote I was given was spot on with the price I was charged the next day, no hidden fees or changes. I also asked about the possibility of getting my broken seat encasement fixed (another shop had left it dangling off after they took my entire driver's seat out of the car) and he gladly checked it out. Turns out that all it was missing was a clip or two, that they didn't have so I figured I could go on without it. But that dang seat kept on nagging me and became a huge annoyance so i HAD to go back and get it fixed. I didn't care what the cost would be, or what needed to be replaced I just wanted it fixed. Dominic came to the rescue again!! 10 minutes was all it took, and the seat was perfect. After all the fiddling around, and what I felt like would have been a pain in my butt were I in his position, he said he wasn't even going to charge me. This place get the job done, and they do it well. For that, they have earned my trust and my business!! Side note: I now smile every-time I get into the car, it's pretty funny how such small things can have such a huge impact on comfort and happiness ! :) Thank you Pisani's!! read more

If they had 6 stars, I'd give that too. I've had at least 6 cars in 20 years, and all of them have been serviced at Pisani's. First, they are honest, thorough, quick and outstanding professionals. Second, I've called when I have broken down, and someone in the Pisani clan has always been there to help. From tire problems, engine, timing, exhaust problems, and a host of other things that come with keeping cars, they have all been great. Last year, I had to part with my favorite car, my Ford Escape. It had 270,000 miles on it. I think that is a testament to having the oil changed at Pisani's and having the Pisani crew inform me about the health of my car. My wife and I were traveling from Medford Oregon to the Napa Valley for a 40th year class reunions. Had car trouble on the 505 just outside of Winters California. Pulled over across the street from Pisani's. Went inside to inquire about transmission fluid. Dominic came around the corner and said let's run across the street and check out your vehicle. Long story short, I needed a new transfer case. Dominic was super helpful. He appeared to be truly sorry that we had encountered the problem. His price for replacement of the transfer case was reasonable. We left the vehicle there to have the work done. I'll be picking up the vehicle in a week. We'll see how the work is done, but my initial impression is very good. Both Dominic and Bob were very accommodating. read more
