Plus, I was going on vacation the following day. I noticed that the ride was different. The sound was different and I expressed concern to Andrew that I felt wrong tires were put on my truck. He did confirm that after researching it was a human error in ordering the replacement tires. Through many text messages and communications, he insisted that I bring the truck back to make it right. I didn't want the business to take a loss and I was content in living with the tires, but he continued to press the fact that he wanted to make it right. And, yesterday, August 3 he did make it right. He picked up my truck from my place of work and returned it shortly thereafter with a set of brand new replacement tires. The value was good for the price, and they cleaned it thoroughly inside and out, restored the front headlights, and made the tires SHINE. It looked like a new car. I went shopping afterwards that day, and honestly didn't recognize my car at first because it looked so good. Honestly, this shop is the best, and I'll keep coming here for my Smog, Repair, and Detailing needs. I think I first came by in 2017 with a 2000 Camry that kept overheating. This was the third or fourth place I'd taken it, and he found the problem quickly. I said something to the effect of how bad the other shops must have been, and he DEFENDED them, saying the work they did let him skip several diagnostic steps and made it easier for him to discover the problem and fix it. It was a pretty unusual issue, to be fair. They say when you find a good shop, don't let go. I headed over with my old 1998 Volvo at around 10:45 on a Thursday. When I came in I was told it might be 11/2 hours before my car would be done, especially since I had an older car that generally takes longer. As I was at the counter I felt something pressing against my leg. It was the owner's dog. After greeting me he returned to laying down next to the counter. The other two customers who arrived after me didn't get the canine greeting. I feel special. Before I knew it, my car was done, it only took 1/2 hour. It costs $10 more to smog check an older car so my total was $95. Oh, and my car passed. I'll be back in 2 years as I intend to keep my old reliable car.
