Pulling into a parking lot, we popped the hood and saw smoke wafting up from below the engine. The local AAA repair shop was booked solid, as were two other shops to which I was successively referred. Finally, I reached Pineapple and they were able to fit us in. I don't know, maybe I have to thank all y'all who gave 'em bad reviews; maybe that's why they were available. But here's a five-star for quick diagnostic and caring service. They provided a thorough description of what was wrong with our car. I didn't get it repaired there (had AAA tow us back home to switch cars) but just knowing what the issue was provided peace of mind. $159 diagnostic, no additional charges; well worth it. And only lost about four hours of our long weekend!

I called around…read moreseveral shops and I felt like everyone was giving me a higher price due to me being a woman, as well as trying to upsell other services that I had no clue about. Pineapple Garage was able to take care of my issues, and after it was test driven I was told an alignment would be needed. Overall their price still came in lower than other estimates, so no complaints there. I was also given updates on my car during the service which gave me peace of mind. I'm glad there is still a local honest shop around as I prefer to support family owned businesses over dealerships and big shops, and this is one place I definitely recommend!

After using Woodlnd Ford for a recall on my convertible Mustang this week, I can honestly say their…read moreservice is impeccable. They greet you with a smile and everyone is just so amazing. They had to order the part to replace my backup camera, which was recalled the part came in two days. Within two days it's been replaced and I had it back by 1 PM. Bravo to this Woodlnd company who has been around for a very long time. I'm so thankful to have my back up camera back and know that if I need anything, Woodlnd Ford is my place. You can't go wrong with them if you're getting service there they Uber you to and from your house. That in itself is a win-win. I really appreciated that. I was given the privilege of working with Reggie Garcha. He was the most pleasant, amazing helper in this situation that I could've asked for. If you have a Ford vehicle, this is your place to go for help for anything. They are definitely number one in service and number one in quality.

Woodland Ford & Andrew Diaz Turned a Headache into a Win…read more Brought my 2021 F-150 in on 11/17/25 because it sounded like a coffee grinder every time I tried to shift into 4WD and threw a "Service 4x4" light. When I walked into Ford through a nice giant glass door Service advisor Andrew Diaz greeted me with the biggest, most genuine smile I've seen in a service drive and actually came outside with me to hear the carnage for himself. Showed him a quick video on my phone and he was already nodding, "Yep, classic IWE failure." They did charge me $230 to plug in the magic Ford code reader (you know, the one that costs $12,000 but apparently rents by the hour), but Andrew immediately translated the tech-speak into plain English. "Your front hubs are grinding because the vacuum system that's supposed to unlock them in 2WD is toast." No jargon, no upsell, just facts. From there it turned into a mini saga. I had them fixe both IWE actuators, came back because the driver's side was still being stubborn (second $230 code-reader rental, naturally), then discovered the active air dam had been ripped clean off and the driver-side LED headlamp had given up the ghost. Three pretty common but pricey 2021-2022 F-150 gremlins all at once. Parts delays stretched things out longer than anyone wanted (not Andrew's fault), but Andrew called me literally every single day with updates, arranged an Uber home when I dropped it off, and kept the vibe positive the whole time. When it was all said and done, Woodland Ford rolled everything into one invoice and knocked a full $100 off just for the inconvenience of waiting on parts. Walked out paying $2,488 instead of the $2,588 it could've been. My Truck is now 100% The 4WD engages smoothly and quietly, air dam drops like it should, all lights work, and everything else checked out perfect. I tested it in the parking lot and when I went on a nice dirt road to see the difference myself. Look, nobody loves paying $230 to watch someone plug in a scan tool, but Andrew Diaz's communication, honesty, and hustle made the whole ordeal actually pleasant. The guy is the definition of customer service. He is on a different level! Scott Vanderbeek give that man a raise and a corner office. If you're in the area and need work done, ask for Andrew. He will go the extra mile for you. Woodland Ford just earned a customer for life. James S - 2021 F-150
