The generator was also due for its annual maintenance. He had the air filter, oil and oil filter changed in no time. All told from the time I pulled in until I pulled out was just under 2 hours (which included waiting for another customer to finish, to let the generator run for about 20 minutes to ensure it was functioning properly, and a malfunctioning credit card reader that didn't want to read the chip correctly.) The cost was very reasonable. He even showed me how to make the adjustment needed to correct the problem I was having to begin with! Now that's great service! I will be using Fairfield Construction Supply in the future.

I got the base layer rock and dust for the foundation of my turf project the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and understanding what I need for my project and said if you have any questions just let us know your delivery is free because you were in town however I would check if it depends also on how much you are ordering but definitely you want to go to this place they have some good prices and various rocks from big and small and pavers you can purchase from them lots of tools as well that you can buy and or ask questions about it before you buy them they also have material you may need for your project so definitely take a look inside the store I Recommend this place. Every time I walk into the store the employees are right there asking to help me find what I need…read more The customer service is a treat when you are used to the laissez-faire attitude you get from employees at home depot or lowes. The prices for lumber are decent, and they walk you through not just what you think you want, but what is best for your application, simply because the yard workers and management know their stuff. Way better than a guy pointing at aisle 42 and walking away. For me, there is always the "I can get it cheaper online" argument, but the service the employees give here, and their desire to help out makes it worth the trip in. If I had any negatives to say about the store it would be that they dont carry some exotic lumber. But they will be quick to tell you that they can order some for you. I havent taken them up on this yet, but I may do so in the near future.
