This shop is amazing…read more An incredible array of the world'S best cigar brands, all well displayed, with fair prices and many discounted. The staff was kind, professional and helpful. They are right in downtown Bethlehem PA. For Cigar Aficionados, this is Mecca. They mail anywhere and have mail order catalogs at the door. It's refreshing to see that there is a first rate cigar shop with this much floor space, and this much inventory, and high end inventory, in downtown Bethlehem. Honestly, there is no cigar shop in downtown Philadelphia that is as good as this one, and we know New York City recently closed one of its best. I would be hard pressed to leave town without buying a few select cigars here! A terrific spot.

The staff has always been very knowledgeable and kind. That said, during a recent visit (today) I noticed a few of the staff members not caring enough about the mask policy. Allowing the mask below the nose and having it half on. I respect everyone's right to feel however they want but it didn't make me feel very safe. I regularly go out of my way to support this local shop but I will unfortunately be shopping online until this Covid-19 stuff passes. They did have hand sanitizer ready for those that use it. Again, this is a great store and I recommend it to those that do not think that masks are important. Hopefully, I get to shop at my local store again very soon.

Not only was the pricing great along with the deals but the shipment to an APO address was fast and top notch. As we dig through our box of cigars to decide which to smoke first we see a couple freebies and a hand written note wishing us luck, safety and prayers. What a great day it was! After that experience, we of course kept ordering for the 13 months we were there, every time another hand written note. Fast forward to today, 16 years later and now retired from the military, I still make my orders online. Every time I open the package, I am taken back to those kind words from some CI employees that made things a bit more bearable overseas. Thank you for those memories and thank you for having a great website with amazing selections and pricing. Keep up the good work! #CINationExperience
