Cigars International is a great place to buy your cigars and cigar supplies from. Great selection and usually fast delivery. I've been buying from them for the last 4.years and love their service. read more

I tried my first order with CI. I received the notice that the order shipped 2 days after the order was placed, I thought I would receive fairly quickly. I checked the tracking 5 days later and noticed it was sitting in Las Vegas and hadn't moved since being shipped. I called customer service to see what the problem was and was told it is still within the delivery window they allow for deliveries and there was nothing they could do until it passes that window. I finally did receive my order after it sat in Vegas for a week before moving on. read more

I bought some cigars from cigar international. I am not sure how I assigned up for a subscription at MyRewardsPuro which they claim they sent an email welcome letter. It was in my spam box, I found it. There is no mention of a monthly fee in that email. They are major scammers and try to initiate a monthly charge of about $14.95 in my account. Once I noticed that It was hell to get it cancelled. First Purorewards says they are going to send an email about your password which I tried multipl;e times and never got it. Then I got the run around from Cigar international back and forth to PuroRewards. It took my a few hours and several calls and transfers to cancel it. This should be illegal business practice. I hope a law firm bring a class action lawsuit against both companies. You would expect this kind of trickery from shady eastern Europe. I liked the cigars but would never do business with cigar international again. For five years I have used CI off and on and each time gets more frustrating. Whether it be them taking full payment BEFORE disclosing that they are backordered for 4-6 months or the 20-40 minutes it takes on the phone just to talk to someone from India in their horrible call center. Not worth the stress or the time and the deals are not that great that you should put up with that. Especially when you have so many other amazing options that act like they actually want your business. read more

Ive been a regular customer of CI for years but NO LONGER! My most recent order was lost in the mail. Tracking indicates it has not moved in seven (7) days. CI will not refund or reship a replacement order until 17 days after my order was originally placed. That is unreasonable especially since it is clear the order is lost. In speaking with their foreign CS call center they could not provide any help assistance and put the burden on me to wait an inappropriate amount of time. "ITS IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM, IT IS MINE." This is a poor way to treat a 10+ year customer. Goodbye CI, Hello Thompsons... read more

I was a long time customer of Cigars International however I will never use this company again. I placed two orders for an important upcoming family retreat. Both orders were returned to sender while in transit. After my fist order was returned to sender, I contacted CI customer service who arranged to resend my orders and and the representative assured me that these would be delivered in time for my event. Again, both orders were returned to sender. Fortunately, Cigar Page bailed me out and sent me a similar order in time for my event. How hard would it have been for CI's customer service representative to identify the problem, fix the problem and send me the replacement orders? read more

Wonderfully honest folks I will continue to purchase their products; their selection is best by far.

Have been enjoying a law enforcement / military vet discount for years with Cigars International. It is automatically applied to each order. My last order, the discount had strangely disappeared. I called their customer service, and received a major runaround. After numerous emails, I asked the customer service rep to please call me to figure this out. She said a rep would call me within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago - still no call or attempt to resolve. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Orders filled when the cigar is available. Notes approximate date for filling and meets that date. I intend to order more today.

Criminal enterprise. I made one purchase as a Christmas gift and was automatically charged for Puro Perks Club membership. I caught the charge and request it be cancelled and refunded. They cancelled the payment on their web page but never refunded the $14.95. They then charged me again the next month. I call again, same exercise. They call back and confirmed the cancellation. No refund. Guess what, they billed me again. Third times a charm. I turned it over to the fraud department at my bank. Do NOT purchase anything from these criminals. read more

I buy online several.times per year. Somehow I must have clicked on tbier puro perks program and have been getting billed for nearly a year since I noticed it. Its on me for not looking at my bill but I got absolutely NOTHING for this membership. Not an email, special sale, coupons--- NOTHING. The first contact is received is when I blocked the charge on my card, then they contacted me. I canceled and they offered me a month refund. Customer Service rep was barely awake...sounded like a Jerky Boys call. read more

I've bought from them a few times. My most recent box was partially dried. I reached out to them but they didn't make me whole. I won't order from them again. Not keeping cigars hydrated is like a flower shop delivering dead flowers. IMHO, it is a symptom of some sort of warehouse problem. read more

Be careful when ordering from Cigars International. They signed me up for a $14.95 / month membership that I did not sign up for. They said membership give me free shipping. I called CI they kept ping ponging me around to different people and finally said there was nothing they could do to help me. Just be careful. This looks like a scam that CI is part of. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever recieved in any capacity. I have been waiting over 2 months for two simple refunds on product I had to return as it came to me damaged. Each and every day over the course of 2 months I call into this place to inquire where my refund is. Each and every day I am told a new lie. One day a check has been mailed. Fast forward 2 weeks and no check has been mailed. Another day my refund is going to my original payment method, but it never happens. When you call into their help line, you never get anyone that speaks English. Over 2 months and these people are just unable to issue a simple refund. I have reached out to The Better Business Bureau over them and these two associated orders/refunds. Outright incompetent. read more

Cigars International - You can clearly see dates of initial issues. 02/15/2025 and these people refuse to refund me. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

I really wanted to like this company, but it has been a complete nightmare! Were out of my double cigar of the month cigars and a representative tried to say they did not charge me when they actually did. I also signed up for the single month club and I received a box with a cheap cutter and no cigars. Shipping has been terrible and im still waiting on an order! They clothes lost it and would send it through UPS. I just received a notification that they are sending it through usps instead. The cigars international have received are mediocre. All I was offered was a sorry. I am a member of four cigar of the month clubs and this is by far the worst! read more

I, for one, don't get all the negative reviews. I have been buying thousands of my cigars from them for over 15 years from both when I lived and Florida and now Louisiana. I have never had a single issue when dealing with them. I will say that during Covid it was hard getting them on the phone, but that was understandable. read more

If you order from CI make sure they don't sneakily add subscriptions to your order. All of a sudden I have charges on my card for things I unknowingly signed up for. I mean all you have to do is sell your product to consumers and if you do a good job we will return. Now I'm done with your company. Too many others to order from that don't underhandedly trick you into things you don't want. read more

I have been a LOYAL customer until now, they offered me $10 off my future order then THEY signed me up for Puro Perks membership which was $14.95 a month, I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE IT ON MY CC FOR 2 MONTHS, NO EMAIL, NO CONFIRMATION, NOTHING, I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS POS. CLEARLY THIS IS A HUGE SCAM cause when I called it was mentioned on their phone system and the customer service person didn't fight me on refunding it. I wont be ordering from them again over this. A truly despicable way to do business Cigars International! BOO! read more

Scamming / phishing emails that trace back to this business and address. - SCAMMERS - They are running B2B billing scams out of this office. they are sending out emails to companies stating that they are about to process an invoice that they owe you, and ask you how you would like payment. It's so stupid that I doubt anyone would fall for it but they're trying to either get your bank account information, or they're going to overpay you and ask you to wire them the difference. But they never pay you legitimately in the first place, their funds bounce. read more

I also had to cancel a credit card due to fraudulent charges made by "Cigars" in Bethlehem, PA. I have never been to Bethlehem, PA and have never been to "Cigars. Place is a scam. Had 4 fraudulent charges (first one- my bank called me right away asking if it was me. I denied the charge. Then I had 3 more denied charges after I already reported my card as lost/stolen). Seems as though they do some sketchy business here. read more

total scam. Cancelled by order because "could not verify address" (same address used for 10 years, get online orders 5 times a week to this address). THEN THEY CHARGED BY CARD ANYWAY. liars and cheats. read more

Do NOT ever give Cigars International any of your information!!! They will sign you up for magazine subscriptions WITHOUT your consent, knowledge, or approval. After you do some investigating to figure out that the random magazines are from Cigars International, then you you have to call them, and they will deny everything, claiming that you signed up/agreed (a blatant lie), and they will refuse to do anything. They state you must contact their partner scamming company, Bperks, but they never answer their phone at all! Cigars International used to be a legitimate business, but now they are just a scamming company. Stay far away from them! There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is only 1.18 out of 5 read more

I have dealt with Cigars International for over 10 years. Something is obviously going on within this company. The customer service was always top notch. I've attended their Cigarfest events and always had great interactions with the staff. They now ignore any contact made by customers. As I write this, I have an outstanding order that is "processing". My credit card was charged the $19.99 plus shipping for the product, but it was never shipped. I've sent no less 10 inquiries and received no response. I called the customer service number, but you will die and turn to dust before they pick up the phone. Perpetual hold. I am very disappointed in Cigars International. Based on the current reviews, I believe we are witnessing the death wobble of a once great company. It's time for us loyal customers to find an alternative supplier for our cigar products. There are plenty of choices out there. Still sad how we are treated on their way to the grave. read more

As a long time customer, I get a feeling something is wrong. Placed my usual $400 order but the status shows 'pending.' for weeks. Tried to call but the telephone number has been disconnected - only get some Verizon nonsense about a not working number. Keep sending email requesting cancellation but nothing except CI has now charged my credit card three times. Unsure how a company with no working telephones stays in business. read more

I'm sure like many others, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Their Customer Service acts like they are doing you a favor by answering your call. I pay UPS to have all my USPS shipped orders automatically upgraded from USPS Smartpost to UPS ground. Works everywhere else, but not with CI. When I called to ask why, they talked to me like I was a moron and told me that there was no such service available with UPS. Go somewhere else, believe me. read more

Cigars international is probably the worst online retailer you could ever do business with. I have in the past purchased from them but last July I was enrolled in their "Puro" cigar program. I did not sign up for it and was billed $14.95 for the past 10 months. I was never mailed anything informing me I was enrolled nor did I receive any products or services. When I attempted to get my money back I was advised I would only be getting 4 months of fees returned to me. Do not do business with these lying thieves. My next step is contacting the Pennsylvania state attorney general's office. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years ordering on-line. This has always been a seamless experience. I created a separate account to order cigars for a work-related event. They have a new call center that is awful. According to the call center, the "back office" is still reviewing my order five days later. "Precious" my call center rep from yesterday promised she would call me back between 2-3 pm today. It's 4:15, no call from "Precious" and I am on hold waiting for a supervisor. I am approaching an hour cumulative from 3 calls and I am no closer to finding out if I will get my cigars on time for the work event. So much for a seamless experience. This will be my last time ordering from CI. If there was a rating of 0 stars, that's what they deserve. read more

Well, I've been using CI for a while, without any real issues until recently. Occasionally some of the cigars I've ordered have been a little dry/crumbly, but nothing too bad. However, in the most recent batch I ordered, 5 of the particular cigar brand were really terrible. Extremely bitter and something very off about them, making them un-smokable. Now, I don't know if this was a problem with the manufacturer, or storage, but after having written to them about the issue, I've received no word back. The very least they could do is send a reply, but that's customer service for you these days... I will be using other stores from here on in, and recommend you do the same. read more

I have been charged $14.95 a month for over a year, for a perks program I did not sign up for. When I called and waited over an hour to ask about it, I was told I must have signed up by clicking on the wrong thing. I've been buying from cigarbid.com for a few years and usually I'm pretty satisfied, but lately they've down the toilet. Bad batches of cigars, slow shipping... Currently have an order of over $100 sitting in "label created" status with UPS for over a week. No one responds to emails submitted on the site and no one answers the "Customer Service" (and I use that term very loosely) number. Just sat on it for 58 minutes.
