SOLD BROKEN PRODUCT I went to primal for my first time on Friday the 21st, it was a nice smoke shop I guess, kinda too small. Anyways I bought a glass water piece for 175 dollars but when I got home I noticed too late that the little handle to the bowl piece was broken off, sold to me that way. This place is wonderful. I've been shopping here for the better part of a decade. They have a great mix of high quality and low cost products for the needs of many. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and kind. That said, during a recent visit (today) I noticed a few of the staff members not caring enough about the mask policy. Allowing the mask below the nose and having it half on. I respect everyone's right to feel however they want but it didn't make me feel very safe. I regularly go out of my way to support this local shop but I will unfortunately be shopping online until this Covid-19 stuff passes. They did have hand sanitizer ready for those that use it. Again, this is a great store and I recommend it to those that do not think that masks are important. Hopefully, I get to shop at my local store again very soon. read more

Did a delivery for this guy Daniel today. Although it's nothing to do with my experience as a customer, it's relevant as he was representing their business. He got mad because I left the food at the door (as we are supposed to do as delivery drivers- Covid) after knocking several times and no one answering. I did let him know as well. However he thought it necessary to treat me as if I am not a self-employed professional and get angry with me for no reason. Next time, treat the food delivery drivers with respect, we are businesses too. read more

This Guy sure as hell shouldn't be in a sales position of any sort I was looking for a gift for one of my GF's . Big Eminem following me around the store like a goon (as if you can steal something from enclosed showcases) . Even stranger he never said a word. When I had a question he stared at me and said he couldn't answer it. I had a great experience visiting this place- I came for a pod and juice for my suorin air, there were so many options there & the guy was very helpful and patient with me picking my flavor, even letting me test them. the only weird thing was him following my friend and I around the store as if we'd steal something, but other than that all around great experience. read more

Had some pretty cool stuff but unfortunately the staff were pretty rude. While we were there, we heard one of them accuse an old man of credit card fraud simply because he asked if they accepted credit cards, then he followed us around the store like we were going to steal something when we really drove 40 minutes out to browse because we heard it was cool. Very helpful staff, and interesting glass collection, it's like a museum in the back. It's a tiny shop, but they have everything.

Great selection of t-shirts, hookah accessories, and hookah shisha. The staff was really nice during my visit. Lots of American glass and artists. A small selection of heady pieces and affordable small pendys. They are willing to order for you what you need and coupons are available in store. Love it! read more

The people were extremely rude and uneducated about a basic questions. Not only did they not offer there opinion they also didn't seem to care and wanted to leave for the super bowl .
