I have a retaining wall at the back of my property that's made of CMU blocks. It was cracking, Suli, Maka, and Moses projected a sense of confidence when talking about my retaining wall repair. When meeting with them, you could tell that this was a family company that has been doing this kind of job for generations. They really wanted to know what I was looking to accomplish. The crew that came out went out of their way to get the job done right. It just so happened, the scheduled work started a couple of days before a major storm was to start. On that day, during the start of the rain and wind, they worked a hard, long day to get to the point where the wall was structurally in place. Then they organized and secured the area and draped covering over the work so that there wouldn't be any rain runoff problems during the stormy weather. They did what needed to be done. The next week, they finished the wall and started the stucco process. The results are beautiful. Then they surprised me again by replacing, not only the fencing that was just atop the repair area, but all of the chain link- saying that they had extra material. At no charge, they added a few more fence posts because they felt it would make the fence stronger and with less stress to the wall. What a nice group they are. There is a lot of pride in what they can do. They really do what's right and go above and beyond expectations! The entire crew have always been pleasant and easy to talk to. The results after just 1 week were amazing. HI Grade Masonry is the best!

He started the business over 40 years ago and had prior rockwall experience in Inglewood California before moving to beautiful Hawaii. William was very sincere and patient in explaining to me the condition of my wall and what needed to be done. He reminded me of my dad who also started his business over 40 years ago in residential construction. Later, I met with owner Sione who I originally spoke with over the phone when scheduling the first consultation. Sione is well-spoken, and as busy as he is -- I appreciate him staying in communication via text or answering my call since other rockwall companies fell short. Sione grew up with many years in the rockwall business and learned from his family. Sione was also willing to work with my budget and I understood the high quality of work I'd receive from All Phase. Quality matters and this wall will outlive me for another 40 plus years!!! This is a family run business and they only hire within their family. I met Sione's brothers Q and Jr, along with Kaffa, Masi and so many awesome uncles and masons! I also received the proposal via email from sister Fine. Thanks so much for your work! I could see that they all work with a lot of Heart, Soul and Pride! They arrived on time, some days early! They are very respectful, helpful, and organized throughout the entire job! So handy dandy Yelp came to the rescue when trying to find a generator a couple of the weeks before my wedding event. Shane was awesome bc his price was very reasonable and gas was included. Delivery to the event in Kahalu was also available for a super reasonable fee! Seriously, Shane was a Godsend for his on time and flexible delivery time the day of. He also guided how to use the generator. We had a Honda 3000 watt which is one of the best models to use for any outdoor events. They are considered to be the quietest. The DJ company we hired loved it and it powers for the length of your day rental. However, we only used it for about 6 hours with no problem whatsoever. The only thing Shane made sure it started since the drive here is gnarly so the fuel moves around. Give Shane a message or call for he responds in a timely manner. Mahalo again!

Kapena is very talented and extremely good at fabricating things (designing and building). He can weld, demolish metal pens & concrete walls, do carpentry - like build a ramp/walkway, paint, do plumbing, run heavy equipment (fork lift, excavator, skid steer), lay cement, and so much more. Doing projects on the farm takes a lot of thought due to numerous factors. We would tell Kapena what we want done, how we want it done, and why. Kapena is a great listener and will follow what we want to the "T". There have been a few times, however, he will stop what he's doing and propose something different to us and the reason why he thinks it's best. Majority of the time, he's right and has come up with a better way of completing our project. There have also been times we think of something in the middle of the project and change how we want something done. He is so flexible and willing to go with the flow. Mike came over himself, looked at the job, and gave me a price on the spot. A few weeks later he sent John over to do the work. I was on a pretty tight schedule with an upcoming move and Mike really worked around my schedule as best as he could! John was so kind and efficient, and he took care of every single hole and cut out in under 2 hours and got the walls paint ready for me (I painted the walls the following day). I was expecting the work to cost $1,500 plus easily but Mike's did it for under $600 and the quality is on point! I was really worried about the outlet sized cutouts I made for running wires, but John patched them like it was no big deal and that was such a relief! They did such a good job!!! 10/10 highly recommend

After the job was complete he showed me the completed work and walked me through how to use the new isolation valve he had installed. He even cleaned up the work area so it's like he wasn't even there except for the new equipment he installed. From my initial inquiry for an estimate to project completion was less than three calendar days. Finding a business that provides a timely estimate for a project and follows through by doing what they say when they say they will do it is exceedingly rare in 2026.
