I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, honesty and the quality of his work. He explained the process, expected time to finish the job and quoted a reasonable fee. Since then, I've had other plumbing issues, including several emergencies.  Allen always responds very quickly (well under an hour) when I text or call. He always explains the job, time to finish and the cost. The 2004 water heater started leaking at night in the winter. We chatted via Facetime so he could evaluate the situation. He determined that the leak didn't pose an immediate danger. He came out the next morning (saving me the cost of an urgent call out) and replaced the hot water heater. Bottom line, I trust this company and the work is top notch. In the last 3-4 years, the company has been going by Riverside Water Heaters by Wrench Re-Pipe. They still do major jobs as well as Water Heaters and Tankless Service. Scary flood situation that turned out to be kind of funny. This ended up being not too bad a…read moreplumbing experience. I live in Fullerton, but was at my girlfriend's house in Orangecrest. On Sunday we noticed water coming out from under the garage door. The garage was flooded out and water was coming from the hot water heater. Oh joy. Next step, calling around and trying to find a plumber. We started with yelp and found Wrench Repipe's water heater division Riverside Water Heaters. We left a voicemail and started looking for the next company but in the middle of dialing we got a text back from Riverside Water Heaters and they were on a job in Canyon Crest. They said they would be over in about an hour. Yes! 45 minutes later they texted an update and said they were on the way! The plumber was friendly and helped us understand what was going on and how it was nothing to worry about. He wasn't able to install the new water heater because they were sold out, but he drained down and removed the old one, installed a fancy new ball shut off, did a bypass connection so our water got turned back on, and said he'd be back in the morning. A text in the morning with an eta and they were working on putting in our new water heater by 8:15. By 11:00 they were finishing it up! Friendly, helpful, lots of info, and the cost was exactly what they said it was going to be. My girlfriend couldn't be happier! now all that's left is dealing with the water that leaked over the garage. These guys are the best! The name might be a bit confusing, the full name of the company is Riverside Water Heaters by Wrench Repipe and they really are from Riverside

The shut off valve was practically rotted off as well. They came the same day and did a fantastic job. John was the plumber that did the work and he is very efficient and knows his stuff. He replaced a portion of the pipe that had a leak and replaced the shut off as well. I would have to say he did EVERYTHING that needed to be done but did not over do the job. I feel he was very competent and honest. I will be keeping their business card and sending them many referrals. Great service and great work.
