We had an incredibly positive experience with Kirk. We had some repairs and replacements that needed to be made in the bathroom and Kirk was professional, courteous, and direct, giving us a quote beforehand and making it easy to schedule an appointment. He was a pleasure to work with and a font of useful information and advice about bathroom upkeep and related items. He patiently answered questions and explained things as I peppered him with all sorts of queries. He was also incredibly understanding and accommodating with my coop's requirements for outside vendors - now that he's been through the process, I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors. read more

Kirk is a great guy, came within an hour to snake my tub, and was done within an hour. Only downside is he charged tax along with the quote, so be sure to ask about that beforehand. I will be using this service again! read more

They did a great job cleaning my storm drain pipe. The plumber called to inform us of the time when he'll arrive, showed up on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would definitely use their service again. read more

My basement sink clogged at 8pm on a Friday night. Before 9pm, the gentleman from this company was at my house, with a mask and gloves on. He snaked the clog within a few minutes. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Responsive and reliable. Changed brass elbow under kitchen sink. Prices are competitive, charges a flat rate plus parts and tax.

Fast, efficient and personable! Kirk came when promised, worked my sewer problem not by the clock but by what it took to solve the problem. And offered practical advice on how to prevent future backups. Unlike the 49.95 guys that are there just to sell you something else, Kirk was straight and honest. His is the only number I will call if I have another problem! read more

Great guys! Quick response, they went above and beyond compared to their competitors. Solved an ongoing issue with two clogged drains. They care. read more

Great service from these guys -- they are punctual, knowledgeable, and don't overcharge. We needed a toilet fixed and the entire experience was very smooth. We will for sure come back for more services! :) read more

I discovered a lateral crack in a 5' length of pipe on our main sewer line. Kirk asked for photos and offered a reasonable estimate. He was easy to schedule, arrived on time, and completed the repair neatly and on budget. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended. read more

RECOMMEND. First, the owner was collaborative and accommodating when I booked, and clear on price. Then, Nick the tech called to give an hour's notice, arrived on time, brought the right tools, and resolved the job within 20 minutes (which a different company had failed to resolve within 1.5 hours.) He also offered to clean up. GREAT. I will definitely use Pipe Monkeys again and recommend. read more

Kirk solved my issue really quickly. Really genuine and kind as well. Recommended him!

Really great service at a reasonable price. Had a really bad sewer line backup & they came to fix it within an hour. Reps were really helpful in not only fixing the issue but gave great tips on how to maintain. Really friendly & great service, highly recommend for any sewer/drain work! read more

The prices were fair and his work is superb. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and was able to offer insight into the rest of the plumbing infrastructure of my home and offer advice regarding upgrades and maintenance. Honest and astute, I would use again. read more

Wow a company whose reviews lived up to the hype! I had a sewage backup in my basement. I spoke to Kirk on the phone and he sent someone immediately. They were there in 45 minutes. The guy who arrived was very nice and quickly determined the problem was between my house and the street. Another 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. They were prompt, polite and obscenely reasonable in their prices. read more

Excellent service! Came late to fix a clog expertly and with a smile! I hope we never need to call again, but if need we would.

Responsive, fair price, prompt & went above and beyond! So glad I reached out to Pipe Monkeys, Kirk reassured me all would be fixed and there they came and fixed everything right on budget in under 2 hours! A Dream Team! read more

I was running late and they were able to work with my tenants and super to get the job done. Really appreciate the timeliness and flexibility to help fix a leak in my condo. read more

I am so happy that I found Pipe Monkeys. Kirk is honest and reliable. There are very few professionals that I trust, and when I find them, I am so appreciative. read more

Pipe Monkeys did a great job unclogging our main sewer line that had backed up into our basement. Speedy & efficient service. Helped clean up the mess in the basement too. Highly recommend! read more

Rude and condescending through phone calls. Overpriced for the simplest and quickest amount of work they do.

Our sewage was blocked. What a mess I had in the basement. I was in a real jam called at 6pm they were at my home by 7pm. Would have had to wait until next day elsewhere. Really saved my a$$. Would of not had water until next day, with tenants complaining and two small kids of my own.Really appreciate them doing the work so promptly and professional. read more

We had a kitchen faucet replaced. Great service. It was quick and polite experience. Price was exactly what the plumber quoted and seemed reasonable. I would use these guys again. read more

This is the second time I've used Pipe Monkeys. The first was a few months ago: a pretty routine clogged toilet that we just couldn't unclog with our plunger. Kirk was very responsive, took care of the problem quickly and recommended we buy a $50 snake to save money in the future (which we did). The other day our other toilet clogged and neither the plunger nor the snake did the trick. Kirk showed up within 45 minutes and assessed the situation; turned out the sewer main needed to be cleaned out. Kirk and his apprentice Nick took care of the dirty work within about an hour and a half. Kirk kept me updated along the way, and the price was very fair. Later, I noticed what I thought were some scratches inside the bowl (which could've very well been from my snaking attempts), and after reaching out to Kirk, he quickly told me how to get rid of them easily (Ajax or Barkeeper's Friend), and now my toilet (and sewer line) is good as new! read more

Highly recommend. Really fast and reliable service at a great rate. Called for an emergency drain cleaning - sewer had backed up into the basement of our new house. They were quick, helped clean up the mess and very professional. I even called them back to install our new bathtub and toilet. read more

I'm so glad we hired Kirk! He came promptly and did a great job replacing our two faucets. The job ended up being much more complicated and taking a lot more time than expect (including a trip to Home Depot!), but he still kept to the original quoted price. A great plumber and a great guy. Highly recommended! read more

Kirk is a reliable, honest plumber. He shows up on time, works the problem, tells you when the solution is very convoluted and offers workarounds and then will do the job as best he can. He has been to my very old home three times and solved various ailments and given me honest advice about things that were bigger than a small plumbing problem. Owning a home is pretty personal, so when you find someone who isn't trying to shake you down and offers more some good advice, it's always appreciated. I'll be calling them for all my needs. read more

Very professional service, showed at the scheduled time and the price was the one previously agreed upon, no "surprise" fees here. Very happy with the results! read more

Kirk is awesome. Really kind, really clear communication before and during my repair, quoted lower than other businesses and turned out to be accurate, and was happy to provide his certificate of insurance to my building whereas other plumbers decided that would constitute an 'extra charge.' He was also up front about my options for service and how long certain services would last as opposed to others, even when that honesty may have affected his bottom line. There's nothing better than good communication. Will definitely be using this business in the future. read more

Kirk was extremely responsive and accommodating when we had an emergency kitchen sink collapse. He wrote us back within the hour and gave us his price and availability. He repaired the pipe and reinstalled the sink quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use him again! read more

Called and immediately got a live person pick up the phone (wow!) and set up an appointment very seamlessly. Kirk and his apprentice Nick came over on time and detected a leak and fixed it very quickly. All while giving us explanations on what they're doing and what to look for(I learned a lot from them just in that one appointment which wasn't even an hour) and advice for maintenance. I can see why they have all perfect reviews. Would totally recommend them! read more

One day went down to the basement & was horrified to discover the sewer just beginning to back up with overflow. It was early evening so did a Yelp search & picked a high rated company. Got a quick response from Pipe Monkeys. The guy tried his hardest but was unable to clear the clog (which happened to be tree roots & sand) I commend the guy for his efforts, he used every different tool in his box for over an hour. I also thank him for arranging an appointment with Roto-Rooter & giving me advice on how much to pay. read more

I had called Pipe Monkeys at 3pm on a Saturday asking if they had availability for Sunday. I figured by this time of day, most plumbers were already closed for the day. I spoke to Kirk and he asked if my backed up tub and toilet were in the basement and I said yes. He said that we had a clog in our main sewer line. Not only was Kirk friendly, he said he would be able to get to my house within 2 hours. He and his associate Nick were just finishing up a job. They showed up in 90 minutes!!! I not only want to thank them for their promptness, but also for their honesty. Kirk even recommended what we can buy at Home Depot to help maintain excessive growth of roots. Even though he mainly dealt with my brother, I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and clientele. Tha I I ok u for saving us from a major disaster!! read more

Called in for some repairs for some very old fittings and to unclog a drain. Steve was very friendly and even walked me through his procedure so i could learn a thing or two. Everything was fixed and replaced pretty quickly as well. The price was pretty fair and fees and cost were really straight forward. I hope i don't ever need plumbing repairs but if i do ill give Pipe Monkeys another call. read more

Great Service. Kirk came right away and was very efficient, solved the issue quickly. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues!

Being a first time homeowner it always feels like an episode of "This Old House". We noticed yesterday that the drain in our driveway had water backing up in it when we took a shower or ran the dishwasher. The sewage smell was also starting to creep out. Our neighbors had warned us that the previous owner hadn't really kept up with the upkeep and who knows what is going on under the basement. I called Pipe Monkeys and someone picked up right away. Explained the problem which they thought might be a clog in the sewer line. Gave a fair quote and said someone would be at my home in 3 hours. Half hour later I get another call letting me know someone could be there in half an hour so I told them to come right over. He arrived promptly and went to work. The job took about 20 mins. When I asked about the pool of water that was sitting in the driveway drain he explained the water is flowing to the main sewer line so it's fine. He gave me the option of cleaning out that drain and cost. I agreed to it, but he warned me a few times that it might not be necessary so really wasn't pushy about upsell. I decided to do it just for peace of mind. When everything was done, he mentioned there was a clog in the trap and showed me how to fix the problem in the future and avoid a call to them in the future. Also told me I have a 3 month warranty for them to come back at no cost if problems persist. Great customer service and I would recommend them. read more

Pipe monkeys was very prompt to response my request on yelp. I absolutely know nothing about plumbing. He was very patient to listen to the issues and addressing our concerns. He came right on time to the rental property that needs work on. We initially planned to do cleaning only and he went above and beyond and took a quick look at the previous issue that I had and made sure whatever he does is not going to cause the problem again. I'm overall very pleased with the work he provided and it was the only time I feel like a plumber was actually listening and care about the concern and issue I'm having. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family. read more

Was pleased with the level of service. Kyriakos offered to repair my toilet same day, he was timely, and professional. Great experience and I will definitely rely on Pipe Monkeys again. read more

Fast, clean and reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend!! Issue with the drain in my house and was able to fix it no problem.

A friend who used Pipe Monkeys from Amazon Services recommended them. I got lucky because they did a great job. They were able to coordinate around my schedule and kept their appointment. Thank you for the clean and fast service. Thumbs up! read more

Honest, on-time, knowledgable. Kirk (or Curt (?)) saved us a ton of money. Thank You.
