If you ever are in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tennessee. This is the place to get away from it all. My family has lodged here for over 20 years, renting up to all 4 cabins for the week every 2 years. This is a place to get way from it all, to enjoy wildlife, trees, & plant life that are organic to the Smoky Mountains. These cabins are very comfortable & clean, with 5 star accommodations. In a setting that surrounds a valley that leads to a peaceful meadow, these cozy cabins are from repurposed logs from cabins that have a significant cultural/historical value.
The Parkway is just down the road. Dollywood, Paula Deen's & Margaritaville are quickly accessible across the parkway, when you exit Wears Valley & hit the Parkway. If you take a right on the parkway, it is a short journey to both the Smoky Mountain visitors center at the National Park & Gatlinburg. On your way, keep to the left to continue to Gatlinburg, or veer to the right upon seeing the visitors center. Keep in mind during busy times, to drive smarter instead of harder on your route. The locals take the streets behind each side of the parkway that are obscured by attractions, hotels, restaurants, & strip malls to get to their destination without hinderance.
