I was NEVER notified. The urn, with my daughter's ashes, had been sitting on a shelf for a week, and nobody bothered to let me know that I could finally bring my daughter back home. When I asked Cris why I wasn't notified, all I got was a snotty arrogance and lack of concern. The young man who came to pick up my husband's body was so respectful and kind. I can't say enough how this eased my sadness. When I went to the funeral home the price was exactly as stated earlier, and there was no pressure selling in any way. They helped me complete the death certificate and, as soon as ready picked it up for me from the downtown office. There was no extra charge like some other places. My ashes were ready right away too.
