In late November, I was in the market for a building sign. I contacted a couple companies and decided to go with Infinity Signs for a few reasons. I had four requirements/expectations. 1) I needed the sign on the building as soon as possible. 2) The company must be able to use our design. 3) The sign needs to "pop" and be very visible during the day. 4) The sign must be brilliantly lit at night in order to draw eyes to the business.
I was told by Andy Krivy that none of my requirements would be a problem and that the project would be done by the end of the year or the first week of January. I was excited, especially since the Infinity Signs motto is, "Great Signs, Less Time". I wrote a check for just under $7000 (payment in full, minus permitting fees) and happily shook Andy's hand at that time.
Ultimate finished product assessment: 1) The sign looks very good during the day. It is eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing. 2) The sign is not brilliant at night by any means. This problem can't be rectified at this point due to the aluminum construction of the bulk of the sign.
Ultimate customer service assessment: The overall experience 1) VERY poor communication and poor professionalism on the part of Andy Krivy and his installer. 2) The project was first installed 3-4 weeks later (Jan. 26th) than what was stated by Andy Krivy. 3) The final install was completed 6-7 weeks after the promised time (Feb. 18th).
