Justin, the Production Manager for Done Right, and other members of his crew responded to our call before the sun came up. Working until past midnight that same day, they managed to get the structure reinforced and enclosed and made sure it was both safe and secure. Shortly after their initial response, Andrew, Done Right's owner, and Justin met with us to come up with a plan for moving forward with repairs. Much to our relief, we learned that in addition to being able to take on the responsibility of serving as the general contractor for this process, their company also had extensive experience dealing directly with insurance companies in similar situations, which greatly simplified this part of the process for us. Done Right's connections and positive working relationships with other contractors and tradesmen also proved to be invaluable. Getting the engineers, carpenters, roofers, electricians, drywallers, painters, masons , and others involved and committed to this project during their busiest time of the year was no small feat, and their ability to successfully coordinate all the work that was done despite the challenges posed by supply chain issues and the many other demands on their time was also impressive. Done Right's professionalism, work ethic and commitment to excellence set a standard they ensured was consistently demonstrated by everyone else that became involved in this project. Andrew and his staff were a pleasure to work with and it would have been a much more difficult and stressful time for us without their help and guidance. We could not be more satisfied with the quality or appearance of the end result.

Well unlike all the other reviews I am not at all happy with CTR. Back in June we had a water leak…read morefrom some bad pipes. The company that redone all of our plumbing back 2023 replaced all the water lines except the two going to the washer, where he just cut and spliced them and the splice started leaking. This company called in CTR to do the restoration. The CTR employee "His name is Chuck" that came out to dry the floors did an excellent job. The employee "His name is Brian" that started the rebuild did an excellent job on what he did accomplish. The problem we have is out of the two month period they only came out for three days for approximately four hours a day! We didn't have access to the toilet in that bathroom as it was taken out and setting up against the cabinets. We had a big hole in the bathroom floor. I'm not blaming the employees, it's the management and scheduling team that was not scheduling correctly to get the job done in a timely manner. So, we had a big hole in our bathroom for almost two months. On a five star rating I give the workmanship a five, but management and scheduling a zero. The plumbing company told CTR that is the work was not complete by Monday they would be replaced, well CTR has since been replaced. I thought people should know. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. Randy Pixler Up date: Logan the main manager ask to talk with me and he did apologize for what happened taking the whole blame, It was josh that messed it up so bad by not letting anyone know what was going on he is the ONE THAT DROPED THE BALL ON ALL OF THIS not Logan and I told Logan that.

I hate to give a small business & this seemed to be a very small and poorly run business a bad…read morereview but now having had the situation at our vacation home finally handled properly I see just how untruthful and predatory they are to people in an emergency situation especially during a national pandemic. They were extremely rude to our caretaker talking down to a woman who speaks multiple languages and is a truly kind soul and insisting that drywall and flooring would need to be removed for a bathroom leak claiming that it was fine since they would just bill our insurance which they seemed very happy to see was good. Things seemed off when my spouse talked to them and they treated him much better and with far more respect. It was rather sad listening to him brag that he has a million dollar business while in a vacay home worth more than that. We went with our gut to not deal with them further even though it meant waiting until this year to fully repair things and that's when I found out how untruthful and unethical they were in their survey which while it would have cost us nothing to fix could be considered gross maleficence by an insurance company since so much of what they said we needed to do was not needed.

I called them in an emergency water leak situation, and after pointing their water sensor around…read morevaguely, said basically my entire kitchen and bathroom will have to be demolished. This terrified us, and made an already stressful situation a hundred times worse. As it turned out, none of that was remotely necessary. The water was localized to one small area in the kitchen ceiling, requiring nothing more than a sheet rock patch. Fortunately we got suspicious before they did any work, and fired them. However, since they had left a couple of dehumidifiers in the house (one of which malfunctioned and nearly caused water damage to our hardwood floor), they tried billing us for $4,500. Without any estimate for work, without any authorization whatsoever, and they also charged for the initial visit, which the technician specifically told us was free. The contact person was also extremely rude and confrontational. We told them to bill our insurance directly (i.e. go through the proper procedure instead of trying to bully us into paying them). I cannot stress enough that if we hadn't stopped them, they would have destroyed an entire bathroom and kitchen, caused us months of hardship and expense, and cheated our insurance company out of thousands and thousands of dollars. All of which would have been absolutely unnecessary. Nothing more than a greedy money grab. This company should be investigated for predatory business practices at the very least. We will be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
