They made me a beautiful tribute video of my son that I will cherish forever. They even moved my sons received flowers from place to place. They take most of the burden of every aspect off of the family. We are so grateful for the expertise, expediency, and empathy they provided our family during the planning process of laying a loved one to rest. They expertly guided us through all the necessary details not matter how tedious, including her coffin and funeral announcement, both of which reflected her spirit and personality perfectly! My beloved Grandma wished to be reunited in death with her husband - and love of her life - who was buried at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in in 1993. Alden-Waggoner went above and beyond while coordinating the transport and receiving of her body to Wyman Funeral Home in Mesa, Arizona. Everything went smoothly and precisely as planned. My Grandma was given the respect and dignity she deserved, and had a funeral which reflected her extraordinary life and exuberant spirit. We are so appreciative to Alden-Waggoner for their help with this!

It was one of the hardest weeks of our lives, and I had never used West Coast Pet Memorial before, but I'm so glad that I did. They were empathetic, professional, gentle, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they treated our grief with respect and gave us the time and space we needed. We chose individual cremation for both cats, and I feel like the price was more than fair considering the quality and care we received. My mom's cat came back in a lovely engraved flower box that was sweet and perfect for her. Butter came back in their standard cedar box, which was also absolutely beautiful and felt solid and very nicely made. Both urns came with engraved nameplates and official certificates of cremation. We also purchased the print paws just to have a memory of their little paws. They had a lot of options of urns and keepsakes. Each cat passed away on a Friday and we were able to pick up their cremains by Monday. As awful as this week was, I'm grateful for how gently we were held through it. I'll always remember the compassion they showed us. Thank you West Coast Pet Memorial Service.

After we had to call and ask if he had been cremated, they said his ashes would be shipped (we live in another state) the following Monday. We did not receive my grandfather's ashes until Friday. When my father opened the postal box (to pull out the death certificates) the flimsy box they called an urn was wide open and my grandfather's ashes were all over the place. My dad was in tears as he cleaned up his father's ashes. When I called the funeral home, Haley was very rude and not sympathetic at all. She said it was our fault and we needed to take it up with the post office! I asked for the manager to call me. When he did, Johnathan was the same as Haley. This place does not care AT ALL about your loved ones. I have had other positive experiences with other loved ones passing and this place was shocking. Please do not take your loved ones here if you would like them handled with love and compassion. These people are only working there for a paycheck and could care less about giving our loved ones a loving send off and they do not handle them with care. They said my dad should have taken a photo of the remains and then they would care. RIDICULOUS! Johnathan's idea of "taking care of the situation" is for me to bring my grandfather's remains to the post office and ask for a refund. Thanks for nothing Flahiffs!
