We are so grateful for the expertise, expediency, and empathy they provided our family during the planning process of laying a loved one to rest. They expertly guided us through all the necessary details not matter how tedious, including her coffin and funeral announcement, both of which reflected her spirit and personality perfectly! My beloved Grandma wished to be reunited in death with her husband - and love of her life - who was buried at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in in 1993. Alden-Waggoner went above and beyond while coordinating the transport and receiving of her body to Wyman Funeral Home in Mesa, Arizona. Everything went smoothly and precisely as planned. My Grandma was given the respect and dignity she deserved, and had a funeral which reflected her extraordinary life and exuberant spirit. My grandfather, great aunt, great uncle, uncle, and most recently, brother have all utilized…read moreservices from Nampa Funeral Home. Unfortunately, the experience with my brother was terrible. I'm not sure what was going on, but John Yraguen, who gets very positive reviews here on Yelp and via word-of-mouth, was incredibly unprofessional. My brother and his partner were together for 23 years and have two children, however they were unmarried. This seemed unacceptable to Mr. Yraguen, as he made several jokes to my grieving sister-in-law, including "So you couldn't get him to marry you after 23 years?" After calling around to other funeral homes, a family member who was paying for the services had questions about the discrepancy in prices between Nampa Funeral Home and other providers, specifically the approximate $1000 difference for cremation. Mr. Yraguen responded by calling my sister-in-law directly, yelling at her, and stating that her parents could "come and get their goddamned money!" This was our family's go-to funeral service provider for nearly four decades. No longer.

My family isn't the easiest to work it but Lauren handled it like a boss! I appreciate you, Lauren for taking time out of your day to talk to me, see how I'm doing and genuinely engage with me. You listened with undivided attention. I know I wasn't the only person she dealt with all day so to have that kind of uninterrupted attention was very much appreciated. I couldn't recommend a better group of people and business to take care of my family or your family's needs when it comes to burial services. They took such good care of my grandma when she was there and took amazing care of us from the moment we stepped into Cloverdale till I picked up my Grandma's death certificate. Thank you Cloverdale.
