We are so grateful for the expertise, expediency, and empathy they provided our family during the planning process of laying a loved one to rest. They expertly guided us through all the necessary details not matter how tedious, including her coffin and funeral announcement, both of which reflected her spirit and personality perfectly! My beloved Grandma wished to be reunited in death with her husband - and love of her life - who was buried at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in in 1993. Alden-Waggoner went above and beyond while coordinating the transport and receiving of her body to Wyman Funeral Home in Mesa, Arizona. Everything went smoothly and precisely as planned. My Grandma was given the respect and dignity she deserved, and had a funeral which reflected her extraordinary life and exuberant spirit. We are so appreciative to Alden-Waggoner for their help with this!

I made my appointment with Steve and he was beyond kind and informative. He was genuine and professional. There are very few locally owned mortuaries in the area and it shows. He was able to help us beyond words and a great resource. I highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate need for their services.

This family has absolutely no business ethics. I feel absolutely violated. There was a total breach…read moreof business confidentiality obligations by Boise Valley Monument Company where I had "reasonable expectation to privacy" with our private email communications. Beings I am the Executor of the Estate this is nothing short of "intentional" infliction of emotional distress and possible copyright infringement through the "fair use" defense; her actions were done purposely, during a most stressful time as it is. I am an Executor of an Estate as well as the legal person in charge of the disposition of the deceased persons remains. I have been dealing with a belligerent beneficiary who has absolutely no executor of estate duties; he is just a beneficiary who has repeatedly interfered with my duties as Executor during a time of out of control wild fires and Covid -19 where nobody wants to work, do not show up at appointments, are a year a behind in scheduling any new jobs and where businesses are just not even returning calls. As Executor of the estate, I was conducting my business directly with Leona at Boise Valley Monument Company through phone calls and emails. For almost two years Leona allowed a beneficiary to repeatedly interfere with my with Executor duties. Most recently she violated the executor of estates "reasonable expectation of privacy" by forwarding our business communications to a beneficiary who was already been paid in 2019 and settled and has no more claim to the estate and no right to our/my personal business communications. This person whom I have only spoken to maybe twice in 25 years, nor her family has any right to my personal business emails and communications, this is no way to conduct a business and Leona purposely and willfully violated my right to my reasonable expectation to confidentiality by forwarding our communications. Instead of Leona Fouts respecting my position as the executor of the estate by not allowing others to interfere while I try to conduct my duties as specifically laid out by the deceased, she should have respected my position as given by the deceased and told the beneficiary that he could not change orders that the deceased set forth and the Executor already scheduled to be completed; and if he still had issues to take it up with the Executor of the estate, she repeatedly allowed him to do whatever they wanted which was expressly against the wishes of the deceased and the Executor who was trying to fulfill the deceased's last and final wishes. These plans were originallyPset up with Boise Valley Monument Co, Mr. Meeks, the deceased and myself back in 2008 and Boise Monument was fully aware of how this transaction would go. The deceased also confirmed these orders in the summer of 2019. I am sure that Harley and Mary would be appalled by your lack business practices and ethics. A person's Reasonable Expectation of Privacy means: that someone who unreasonably and seriously compromises another's interest in keeping their affairs from being known can be held liable for that exposure of intrusion. Just utterly appalling business ethics, I do not recommend this company or their sister company if this is how they violate a persons reasonable expectation to right of privacy. Now I feel I am being threatened by this father's attorney at a time when fires, Covid, lack of workers, businesses who do not return calls and do not show up at appointments, having to deal with an abusive neighbor who throws rocks at my workers who then quit, this is just one more thing I do not need to deal with while trying to close out an estate that is repeatedly being interfered with.
