Lauren finished us and I can't express how grateful we are for her! Lauren was kind. The kindness she gave my family was genuine, the unconditional love kind. She was patient, thorough and very thoughtful. We had met up with her a few times to get things finalized and every time she was consistently gracious. My family isn't the easiest to work it but Lauren handled it like a boss! I appreciate you, Lauren for taking time out of your day to talk to me, see how I'm doing and genuinely engage with me. You listened with undivided attention. I know I wasn't the only person she dealt with all day so to have that kind of uninterrupted attention was very much appreciated. I couldn't recommend a better group of people and business to take care of my family or your family's needs when it comes to burial services. They took such good care of my grandma when she was there and took amazing care of us from the moment we stepped into Cloverdale till I picked up my Grandma's death certificate. It was one of the hardest weeks of our lives, and I had never used West Coast Pet Memorial before, but I'm so glad that I did. They were empathetic, professional, gentle, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they treated our grief with respect and gave us the time and space we needed. We chose individual cremation for both cats, and I feel like the price was more than fair considering the quality and care we received. My mom's cat came back in a lovely engraved flower box that was sweet and perfect for her. Butter came back in their standard cedar box, which was also absolutely beautiful and felt solid and very nicely made. Both urns came with engraved nameplates and official certificates of cremation. We also purchased the print paws just to have a memory of their little paws. They had a lot of options of urns and keepsakes. Each cat passed away on a Friday and we were able to pick up their cremains by Monday. As awful as this week was, I'm grateful for how gently we were held through it. I'll always remember the compassion they showed us. Thank you West Coast Pet Memorial Service.
