It was one of the hardest weeks of our lives, and I had never used West Coast Pet Memorial before, but I'm so glad that I did. They were empathetic, professional, gentle, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they treated our grief with respect and gave us the time and space we needed. We chose individual cremation for both cats, and I feel like the price was more than fair considering the quality and care we received. My mom's cat came back in a lovely engraved flower box that was sweet and perfect for her. Butter came back in their standard cedar box, which was also absolutely beautiful and felt solid and very nicely made. Both urns came with engraved nameplates and official certificates of cremation. We also purchased the print paws just to have a memory of their little paws. They had a lot of options of urns and keepsakes. Each cat passed away on a Friday and we were able to pick up their cremains by Monday. As awful as this week was, I'm grateful for how gently we were held through it. When I went to the funeral home the price was exactly as stated earlier, and there was no pressure selling in any way.
