Both my neighbor and I wanted his services again. He has never called me back despite literally pleading with him on voice mail to do so. The first time I called his brother answered and promised me a call back from Justin the following week. Despite 6 calls, no return call from Justin. No matter how busy, after 6 calls in 5 weeks and no return call, it's just completely unprofessional and downright rude. Don't hold your breath for a return call.

After a few hours they fixed the problem but said they found another problem. They came back and spent several hours fixing the new problem. Since then, my grass has turned brown. I called them back and spoke with Lisa who said they'd come the next day. The next day came and no one stopped by, no one called. Three weeks later still nothing. So I tried fixing it myself, which sucks after spending $1,200 to have it professionally fixed. TLDR; Great at cutting trees. Not a Great experience with customer service and the sprinklers.

We were paying to trim it every year and it just kept growing bigger around the canopy. The tree looks great and their clean up was very impressive. They left the area in perfect condition. They also helped me control some roots that were going to impact my foundation; they dug a trench next to the patio and put in a guard that will redirect the roots as they grown.
