Only issue was coming time to pay like many companies these days they want an up charge for credit cards! Some people just need to use them for big ticket iteams like this could be. Mine was not so not an issue. I'd prefer to see them figure a different way if their margins are truly that close. That was disappointing to see.

This should really be the most simple and basic strategy of ANY business. its really not a miraculous thing to say, and is definitely not something that should set you above your competitors. Basic business... do what you say you are going to do, and do it. In my experience Parker Tree Service's employee Chad apparently didn't get informed of the motto. I called Parker Tree Service on Sep. 17 to get a bid to prune up my trees. Chad showed up and we had a good conversation about my trees. I have nearly a decade of previous experience as a professional applicator. I know trees fairly well and felt Chad was in the know and i trusted him. He was in no hurry to move on and he was good at bullshitting, it was a great experience. Having said that, I can see why its hard for him/them to keep a schedule. when he was done at my place he went over to my neighbors house and talked to them for quite a while... really nice of him, but you see why it could be hard to do what you said to your other customer that is booked for the next appointment when Chad has no sense of time? On October 1 I sent Chad a text and asked him if he had a chance to get a bid worked up for me. He told me right then that he had it almost done and was going to be sending out bids the following day. Nothing.... So I patiently waited. October 17, I texted Chad. "Hey buddy just following up on that bid" READ notification showed up on his side..... no response. so I waited one hour and texted him again.... READ notification but no response, texted again... same thing. He was clearly not following the motto, and was ignoring me. So I called the office. the person that answered was friendly and seemed to be appalled about the situation. she said someone would call me about this. I am guessing it was a manager or owner maybe that called me. She had no concern about the situation. She told me that Chad had been sick a while ago, and was definitely not ignoring me. At the same time, or maybe a second before they sent me my bid. So the lady told me "Chad already sent your bid...I can see its sent right here." What a joke. I was looking for a local company who would "Do what they say" but Parker is definitely not the place! Local, yes... INTEGRITY....NO! I told Chad not to worry about it, his company thinks he is the bees knees and he has nothing to worry about. He is a really tree smart guy, but he just cant do what he says and nobody seems to give a shit. As a local business owner I cannot support this kind of lack of customer service.

They cleaned up even the yard waste I had created in another area of the front yard while they were working on the tree. Thorough and yet efficient, and kept in touch leading up to the work being done, and followed up with me on the quote they initially gave me without being impatient or pushy. They were patient too, since it took from fall, for the initial quote, to February before I was able to schedule the work. I had requested another company's quote and just got a better detailed description of what all they planned or thought was needed to do (and why) than the other company, so I went with Treasure Tree & Landscape.
