We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. We are very happy with the service we received from Erich and the crew (Jake, Julian, Neil G., Corey, Zachary, Neil A.) Everyone was very friendly and professional and we learned that some of the crew members had been with the company for nearly twenty years. They worked together seamlessly. Since I didn't interact with them directly, I am not considering scheduling difficulty in my review, but wanted to mention it in case anybody needs tree service immediately that this might not be the best option. That aside, the actual work they did was phenomenal. I went to work with my backyard looking like a pine forest from hell. When I returned, the sun was visible and my backyard looked about 5x as big as it did in the morning. All the low-hanging branches were cleared, some higher branches were also taken down, and the trees were cleaned of dead pine debris. Also, if the trees weren't evidence of it, I wouldn't have known that they were at my house at all aside from the back yard having fewer pine needles. They cleaned up after their work very thoroughly and even left us some decent sized pieces of wood for our fireplace. These guys do a great job! If you're in need of getting your trees maintained/cleaned up and have a few weeks to wait, go with these guys. You won't be disappointed.
