They arrived on the date, 2 hours early, and went to work. Their work was professional and quick. The first crew took down the tree. The second crew with the stump grinder came back a couple of hours later to finish the job, and exceeded my expectations, grinding below surface level obliterating the heart of the tree. Their cleanup, communication, and overall professionalism was beyond reproach. They filled the hole with the remaining dirt and wood chips and leveled it off. After, they wanted me to inspect their work, and sign off that I was satisfied, which I was. I always try and find the best deal on stuff like this, and frankly, I feel like this was a real bargain for the work that they did! I cannot recommend them highly enough! A+++

Since I didn't interact with them directly, I am not considering scheduling difficulty in my review, but wanted to mention it in case anybody needs tree service immediately that this might not be the best option. That aside, the actual work they did was phenomenal. I went to work with my backyard looking like a pine forest from hell. When I returned, the sun was visible and my backyard looked about 5x as big as it did in the morning. All the low-hanging branches were cleared, some higher branches were also taken down, and the trees were cleaned of dead pine debris. Also, if the trees weren't evidence of it, I wouldn't have known that they were at my house at all aside from the back yard having fewer pine needles. They cleaned up after their work very thoroughly and even left us some decent sized pieces of wood for our fireplace. These guys do a great job! Mitch came in and surveyed the problem and went right to work, fixing it. Fresh soil, seeding, fertilizer and nutrients, and leveling. After watering last night, there were no more potholes and uneven spots. And bonus, they cleaned up the after themselves when they left. Not many contractors do that anymore of these days.
