Really wonderful company to work with. We had to book VERY last minute (basically the day before) and they were happy to accommodate us. My Uncle passed and we had to clean out his storage, unknowing that he was a hoarder. The hoarding situation was pretty bad, and they didn't gag once!! JK. They were very gracious about a situation that we were embarrassed to get anyone else involved in and the (very large) storage unit was completely clear in under two hours. The price we were quoted for a full truckload was very fair, and that unit filled up an entire truck. I can't speak about pricing in comparison to other companies, but the website (as of Sept 2024) says they'll match any written estimate. I tried to get a few more quotes from other companies around the area and none of them even picked up the phone. So that says a lot in itself. I picked the highest rated ones with the most ratings (so you can figure our which ones I am talking about). 3 OF THEM DID NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND TOOK DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. JUNK KINGS TO THE RESCUE!!! We recently relocated to Boise from Bellingham, WA. When we received the keys to our new house, we found that the seller had left behind a TON of junk that we were left to deal with and didn't know how to even begin. I called these guys for a quote on bunch of broken down boxes, boxes, and about 6-8 construction bags of garbage. Granted, we just moved and have a ton of cardboard but almost everything is broken down and neatly pilled. They quoted me $498 because they assumed it would be a whole truck load. That is INSANE. It cost me $800 to move my 3000 sq ft house and these guys were going to have an hours worth of work and wanted $500? No way! read more

Very thorough in confirmation of appointments and times. Unfortunately it's all lies. They will call during their time of arrival and offer to come up and do a partial job cause they only have two guys that day or the full job the next day when they have a full crew. I took the day off for this and they ended up not showing at all. They confirmed an appointment for the next day. They showed the next morning, late, with only two guys. Then they proceed to tell me it will be hard cause it's just two of them. I sent them on their way. Very unprofessional, from sales people to the people driving the trucks. read more
