We had such a great time at Pinstack! I took my parents on a rainy afternoon, and it ended up being the perfect spot. The setup was super easy, just check in at the counter, they assign your lane, and you're ready to start playing. We caught their happy hour deal, so our game was discounted, which was a nice bonus. The whole place had a fun vibe with bowling, the arcade, and a full bar. We'll definitely be coming back with more people next time

I love this place! Always great vibes, drinks and food! Great place to link up with friends before a night out or stay and play a game of bowling! 10/10

This place is way nicer than main event so surprised at all the hate. Went here with coworkers to hang out at happy hour. We even got a pizza by signing up for their loyalty program. Its prime location for the Tech Ridge and the arcade had lots of games. We even played a round of bowling and a quick 1/2 round. It's pretty clean too.

Upon walking into this place, I was surprised by the sheer size of it. This place has everything a kid could ever want, games, bowling, food, laser tag, obstacle course, prizes, small bumper car room, climbing wall, and there are even rooms available for private parties. In the bowling area, you'll find one room (VIP suite) which offers eight private lanes with a large private dining room and a bar for private/corporate events. There's flatscreens every direction you turn. For the parents, there's a large dining room/bar and another bar in the bowling area. They have a very good selection of craft beer, wines, even alcoholic shakes. There is an outdoor seating area with a bar along with an outdoor play area for the kids. The food is reasonably priced and they even offer a $50 pizza (36" Kingpin) for your crowd that is absolutely gigantic. The burgers and sandwiches are pretty good, just not amazing. However, I definitely recommend the house frozen margarita during happy hour. For $5, it doesn't disappoint. As the photos included attest, this place has a lot going for it, and certainly worthy of a visit. Lots of music, distractions, action, and noise to occupy your senses. 41/2*

All around a very solid place! There's genuinely something for everyone: bowling, arcade, laser tag, rock climbing, bar, restaurant. With everything there is to offer, it's perfect to bring the family, a fun date, or by yourself to let out some steam! I've been there a couple times and have had great experiences every time. I will say, bowling is a bit pricey, but there's plenty of other fun to be had! One of the bartenders at the bar next to bowling (blonde dude with a goatee) is the coolest guy and has the best service. Keep in mind that this place isn't a restaurant first, so the food is not amazing, but it's good enough to have a good time. And I will absolutely be trying to take down the Kingpin by myself sometime soon!

We had a fun day at Pin Stack and it was our first time. We ended up spending 5.5 hours there including bowling for an hour, games and lunch with the tweens. They have discounted bowling during the week from 10-noon. The game room was large and fun and included bumper cars, rock climbing wall, and aerial ropes course. We also had lunch there which was good. The only down side is the portion of fries with the entrees. It was super small. We had to order another order for the table to share. The tweens loved the prize options. They said it was a better selection compared to other similar places. They have a mobile app. Download it before you go so you can start capturing your points . We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Love coming to Pinstack. We have so much fun bowling and in the arcade. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The burger I ordered was really good and so were the nachos. Definitely would recommend trying this place out.

My first time at Pinstack and we had our employee appreciation celebration here. We had the buffet with bbq and ribs, mac and cheese. We went to the bar and ordered drinks. Most of their cocktails are sweet. We tried each others drink and too much sweet on everything. I decided to get The Swirl (sangria & frozen marg mix) it was okay. The Guy at the Rock wall climbing was helpful and patiently guiding our group who wants to do the climbing. The most fun activities were the Laser Tag, Rock Climbing and the Arcades. A place for a birthday venue, company team building and also for a family day. I would recommend this place and will be back for sure.

The property reminds me of something that you would see in a movie somewhere in the southwest where people are just trying to hide out and not be found. It has such a cute rustic feel, with a lot of Texas flair. From the minute you arrive, you are given great service, greeted with amazing sense of essential oil, oils and leather with their signature fragrance in the form of a candle or room spray. For just $30 we were able to check in early at 1 o'clock instead of three which was great since I drove in town and had a lunch reservation, this gave us time to get unpacked and rest for a minute before heading over to the restaurant. They have lots of options in the mini bar, whether you are wanting an adult drink or just something cold and fizzy. When we arrived, they did give us a complementary bottle of water as well as a cold beer that I sat out on our little porch and enjoyed as the rain started to come down. I love all of the detail put into these rooms, it is such an amazing property, but I'll be honest there were way more kids than I expected, but it was Easter weekend so I guess a lot of families were traveling. I really wanted to get into the pool, but it was massively crowded. They have an outdoor bar as well as a café on the property that has live music and an enormous fireplace and plenty of big screen TVs to watch sports. Every evening they light up the fire pits and if you want to make s'mores, you can purchase a s'mores kit for just $10. They do not allow smoking in the rooms but allow you to smoke on the little patio outside your door. This has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay in Austin, which is difficult because there are so many amazing places in Austin, but Lone Star has definitely stepped into my top five. The young man that checked us in was great and he comped our valet parking! Truly phenomenal service. I'm looking forward to coming back!

This boutique hotel delivers a resort-inspired experience with an upscale twist and is known for its vintage charm with modern amenities. I arrived on Friday night and check-in was efficient, I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. I was given a choice of beer or bottled water upon check-in. The host directed me to my room location. There were several parking lots on the property and I was able to park close to the building with my room which was convenient. The provided a parking permit for complementary parking. The rooms offer a seamless blend of modern comfort and relaxed luxury and well-designed with a very open floor plan with a farmhouse door separating the restroom from the bedroom area. I was on the third floor. Each room had rocking chairs out front for a relaxing vibe. I especially appreciated how easy it was to step right outside and be in a communal space. it made connecting with others throughout the weekend effortless. One of the highlights was the courtyard area. Whether it was live music, lounging by the pool, or just gathering around in the evenings, the atmosphere felt lively without being overwhelming. It struck a nice balance between fun and laid-back. They had many communal areas set up with fire pits and a nice outdoor communal bar area where we held our silent disco. They also had a great event space where they hosted our group. The Water Trough bar and restaurant provided a breakfast and dinner dining experience. They also had an indoor bar area with live music for entertainment. Only issue was they did run out of food at dinner. The location in the Domain is also a positive. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, so there was always something to do between retreat activities. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the social atmosphere can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you're looking for a quiet stay. But for a group event or weekend getaway, it actually adds to the charm. We contributed to the noise with our outdoor kareoke set-up. Overall, Lone Star Court is a great choice if you're looking for something comfortable, stylish, and built for connection. Perfect for group retreats or anyone wanting a more lively, communal hotel experience.

The wonderful staff members explained everything before we got started and made sure we knew how to use the equipment. It was easy to follow along, even for us first timers. I get motion sickness easily and after about thirty minutes I started feeling like it might happen so I just lifted my headset and reminded myself that I'm just in a big blank room and that helped.
