The gal that answers the phone usually can't answer my question, so she put me on hold.....forever! The straw that broke the camels back was today. I've done work with many t-shirt/embroidery companies over the last two decades. One of the things I ask right off the bat is, "Do you share the artwork and EMB files (the ones they create when digitizing your logo) once the job is done. The previous salesmen said, "Of course". Legally, they are yours, you paid for them to be created. However, today I spoke with a salesmen from Printasaurus, I'll leave his name out of it, and he told me they don't share EMB files. He told me that if they charged me hundreds of dollars then they could share it with me. I want to clarify that anytime I've ever had a company digitize anything for me, they've always shared it, it's my file that I paid for. I can't help but feel that this salesmen is insecure about giving me the EMB file because he believes I'll just shop around to all the other embroidery shops in town and go with the cheapest one. To add insult to injury, he tried to give me a "Michael Scott School of Business" type business lesson. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore.

Normally I am very mind your business but there was a Wednesday I had gone in to look at Pokemon and one of the players was using the N word repeatedly. I mentioned it to the owner and he said he would take care of it but I saw that same individual back again just the other day when I visited. I cannot support a business that allows racism to fly like that and let alone keeps entertaining racism for the sake of profit. i heard one of the other players say the racist's name was Rawl/Raul? This year I decided to do a Disney themed shirt designed as Minnie Mouse as displayed. The little nieces had "Mini Mouse" since they are Mini human beings of their parents, the sisters had "Mama Mouse" since they are the mother of my nieces, I had "Auntie Mouse" since I am the Auntie of the two little ones. Since Tower T-Shirt has closed down I had to find a plan b so quick! If I could give Alpha company more than 5 stars I truly would as they have exceeded my expectations. I called this company on a Friday afternoon during my lunch time on 02/08/19 and spoke up a very friendly woman who informed me that they usually don't do small orders (5 shirts) as it will cost more. This company was more than happy to help me out and gave me a quote of $150 for 5 shirts. I already bought the shirts from Walmart for dirt cheap and just needed the design. The woman informed me to bring in the shirts on Monday morning at 8am when they opened and she will have the shirts ready on Valentines Day!!! I was highly impressed that they could do something like that so quick. She informed me that I need 20% down in order for them to start the order. No problem. Due to me having to work in the morning and not wanting to take time off I had my lovely middle sister and niece to take care of dropping off the shirts and reminding them of the design I wanted. The customer service was amazing as the staff fell in love with with niece and gave her a bunch of plush toys! My sister picked up the shirts on Valentines Day and when I came home they were exactly what I imagined! I could not be a happy camper. All my family loves the shirts along with my nieces. They were overjoyed.
