Tony was great. I picked Marmoleum and his install was great, the seam is invisible. I would use him again.

Tony was a total pro every step of the way in our kitchen floor removal and recovering job. Highly recommended.

(Not that its eco-chic qualities influenced anyone's choice.) Tony installed the flooring in a twinkle.

We came here over a recent weekend and I had a photo of a Shaw flooring that I liked. The manager…read morewas nice enough to find a matching color but they didn't carry the Shaw brand. The manager said all the flooring was just as good but unfortunately this doesn't actually give us comparable facts (veneer thickness, overall thickness of flooring, etc.). My feeling is that the brands here are limited. I looked up a brand of flooring they recommended and it was a lower end brand probably made in China. That may be just fine but I am also weary about off-gassing. Where the product is made and where the materials come from does matter to me. I'm currently looking at online venders where products come from Sweden that actually end up being similarly priced with very little off-gassing and is sustainable. I found some good contractors off Angi online and will be overseeing the project myself. While the quote given to me was reasonable (9500) for the first floor of my home, I would feel more comfortable having more choices in the material that I walk on and breath in everyday.

Through that process, I learned that much of the price difference comes down to the quality of the materials and the installation. Granada Floors offered a great balance of quality materials, reasonable pricing, and superior personal attention. It's important to me to support local, small businesses, and I was excited to learn that Granada Floors is also a women-owned business. That's when I met Mona, and from the beginning, she was a joy to work with. Mona is a warm professional who clearly takes pride in the products she offers. Her family has been in the flooring business for decades, and she now owns Granada Floors. With a background in interior design, she doesn't just sell flooring--she comes to your home to consult with you about what will work best in terms of colors, materials, and budget. She is honest, diligent, and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The installation was completed in just two days in my 1,400 sq ft home, installing 12 mm waterproof laminate flooring throughout. The floors look beautiful and have completely transformed the space. I highly recommend Mona and Granada Floors!

I dislike about 95% of the carpet out there ... but don't have the option of putting in hard floors. My pickiness was no match for Andrew, however; he helped me find that needle in the haystack. He pulled out collections that fit my criteria, throwing them on the showroom floor and having me home in on the promising ones via process of elimination. When I showed him some varieties of carpet that I liked from a company outside of The Floor Store's network, he researched them to see if their products met his standards and if working with them would go smoothly (not so much). He got an in-network vendor to send larger samples so that I could really see what various styles would look like in my home. And he walked me through the contract process step by step, making sure I understood exactly what I was signing and paying for. Once that contract was signed, everything moved quickly. Andrew checked in during installation and even humored me at the final stage, allowing me to give him a virtual tour once the carpet was laid. I would certainly recommend him and The Floor Store to anyone looking to get new hard floors or carpet. It's probably not the cheapest option, but my anecdotal evidence tells me that the service can't be beat.

We had MSI Trecento XL Carrara Avell flooring installed throughout our home, and the finished flooring is absolutely beautiful. It has transformed our home, the new baseboards look great, and we are very happy with the overall result. The installation did take considerably longer than expected due to scheduling delays, the extensive floor preparation that was needed, and later an unexpected shortage of flooring material. The amount of dust generated during the work also made it necessary for us to stay in a hotel for 11 nights. What I especially appreciated was how Rudy handled the difficulties. He remained professional, listened to our concerns, apologized for the problems we experienced, and worked with us on compensation that covered much of our hotel expense. That willingness to listen and work toward a fair resolution made a big difference to us. Our advice to anyone planning a large flooring project would be to discuss scheduling, crew availability, dust containment, and material planning in detail beforehand. Renovations can have unexpected complications, but ultimately what matters is both the quality of the finished work and how a company responds when problems arise. We love our new floors and are very happy with how beautiful our home looks now.

We arranged a time to meet quickly after I reached out. He came out to our house and discussed our options. We agreed on the work to be done. He provided a bid within 24 hours. When we originally texted, Enrique was clear that he could not come right away. We were willing to wait. Once Enrique was available to start, he reached out by text immediately. It had been only a couple of weeks since he bid for the job. Enrique showed up early on the agreed-upon first day but texted to indicate his presence on the property before ringing the bell. We reviewed access options and determined the back entrance of the house. On the first day, he covered all the cupboards with plastic. See the covered cupboards photo attached. Then he sanded the floor while vacuuming up behind himself the whole time. See attached sanded floor photos. He stained the floor with our chosen color. He cleaned up behind himself and left for the day. On day two, he came and applied the finish. Then he cleaned up meticulously. The result looks great! See the final photos attached. We highly recommend K&k Flooring and Enrique!
