It a tiny airport, but I like that compared to the hustle and bustle or the larger airports. There were 2 rental car agents. They were super friendly, but I truly didn't care because I just wanted to get home. I had already reserved online. She charged my card for the reservation fee & handed me the key. I went to the lot and got in and was on my way. It was dirty inside & definitely wasn't thoroughly cleaned before I got it. I was able to get home in a few hours after dropping it off at RDU. That was the most important part for me. I recommend them.

The Truck had trash in the Door and the wipers were old. Thank god it didn't rain to much. Over all the Penske Truck was better than the competitionbut customer service could use help at this store and make sure all trash is cleaned out prior to renting. They also didnt have the trailer I ordered but upgraded me for free due to it. So thats a plus.

Had another gentleman behind me who also was denied a car. Unacceptable to take so many reservations and not be able to fulfill your obligation. Second time I've had trouble with Avis. Will not give them another try. Very stressful to plan a vacation and then not have a rental car

We went 52 miles and filled the truck with 6.89 gallons before we returned it. We were charged for an additional 3 gallons. I went to complain about the overcharge and was told it all depends on the age of the truck and how it was driven. The average U-Haul truck gets 6 to 12 MPG. This is not adding up. Do not use this location. They have done this to others!
