When I have had bad experiences I don't go online with negative feedback, I just don't recommend them or use them again. However, I have had a terrible experience with Southern Moving and Storage in Wilmington, NC which has been going for six months. They damaged a lot of high end furniture which was pure neglect, not an accident. Since December the owner, Macon Bullard, continues to put us off saying he is looking into it. We have completed all of the damage forms and still crickets. When the owner of the company plays this type of game you can only imagine what the culture of their company and employees are. Our next move is legal action. I do not recommend using this unaccountable company. One star is generous.
