For example, a 65 inch TV powered up the evening of the move, suffered internal damage their claim the TV did not reflect any external damage to the screen or casing. Most often the newer tv's when dropped, would not show any outside damage,, even with its interior parts being broken. Their claim was the TV was already broken prior to the move, or why didn't I power up the TV once delivered. The movers were quick to leave and pressured me to sign the delivery receipt. They also claimed that the TV should've been boxed up rather than padded. All I heard were excuses, even with the other items that were damaged in the move. I would never recommend this moving company..

Marlo worked with me to help select the best value out-door parking location for my 20 ft Travel Trailer. The facility is very well maintained and access to all the outdoor storage parking locations is exceptional. When I go to my trailer, I have seen Marlo checking out the facility ground making sure the facility is maintained and in regular order. Working with her was a pleasure.

When I dropped it off not only 2 days late, but 5 min before Strand Storage was closing. And to top it off, I interrupted the dinner break of 2 of your team members. They were very kind and helpful while calming me for being late. They were the reason why I used Uhaul again making this " clean out " day a lot easier by renting one of your vans.
