I was told I have to park outside the gate and walk to the back where my unit is located. I called corporate. The manager calls back apologizes and claims she thought my vehicle was there overnight. I called the office to ask where the restroom was located. I was informed my code doesn't work for the indoor storage building and only they can use the restrooms. As I ran home to use the restroom the manager spoke to someone working on my bike in my unit and told him I need my dirt bikes registered and proof of purchase. Just as I provided for my street legal motorcycle. I called and explained she breeched my privacy by talking to anyone in my unit about my account and documents. I'm waiting to hear from corporate and will be contacting my lawyer. At this point I definitely feel targeted. This property is not the cheapest. Def not the best option in the area. There are 3 other storage options within two blocks. I would not recommend coming here. It's not worth the headache and they will insinuate you've stolen vehicles even if two of them aren't supposed to be registered. And you provided full details as requested about your motorcycle. Then to be told I'm not allowed to use the restrooms...in the south but others can definitely is not giving the all customers are equal vibes. Corporate said they'll be checking the cameras to confirm convo. Don't waste your money. Go to any other storage unit.

Don't believe the BS response from the owner because John doesn't care, use at your own risk. Damages - when you have damages they will use a formula that doesn't even amount close to repurchase the one item they damaged. Had drywall damages and the check didn't even cover the paint. Washer/Dryer - incompetent, don't let them touch your appliances, they will hide behind some plumbing waiver Owner - didn't even apologize for the screw-ups. When we called to make a damage claim, he hung up on us, we had to use the Wilmington office(parent company) these are franchise operations and not held accountable.

The guys from Miracle Movers faced this challenge with a positive, professional attitude. They were friendly, hard-working and a pleasure to work with. After an exhausting month of packing and prepping for our move these guys were a total Godsend. They accomplished in a day what would have taken us weeks to do on our own.
