I called and one of the owners picked up the phone. I grilled the poor guy. This place has more cameras and sensors than Fort Knox! If you need to get in at night, just call so they know you are coming. Really great talking with Eric. Very friendly. I had no qualms about leaving the RV with Powered Storage. I especially liked the automatic vertical gate. The wife doesn't have to jump out to push buttons.

They sent an email saying work order was closed NOT saying whether I could access property. Infuriating! So I canceled my moving truck and help because they can't give a straight answer or update customers on status. GEEZ!!! what total incompetence. I don't care if wo is closed! Unfortunately, the light that is right about my unit has a problem with the autosensor. After about 30 seconds, my light shuts off and it's completely dark inside my unit. I am renting a large unit and it's impossible to see inside without bringing my own lights. I was told there was nothing that could be done. Now I'm stuck with working in the dark. I would move to a different facility, but I have way too much stuff to move.
