***DO NOT RENT FROM HERE My NC FRIENDS*** My rating would…read morebe NEGATIVE STARS for this waste of time and money. The Management is RUDE, INTRUSIVE. The Facility is dank and moldy. Pest, Bugs, and Dee the Manager are all alike. Don't believe a word this Dee Lady says.... She will smile and lie to you straight faced like a sweet Carolina lady; but clearly has sketchy storage wars ambitions; clouding proper business edicate. I rented here for a long time and once she blocked my access code at the main gate. When I called to ask what's up.... She told me that there was a "black-male" who accessed my unit without her knowledge and she viewed it on camera. The "black-male" she spoke of was my friend and co-worker helping my girlfriend move her sofa while I was working. It took me three months to re-enter without an office employee keying me in - "to my own unit". I believe the Dee lady lives above the storage facility and runs the place like your putting your stuff in her garage. This is "Tiger-King" for North Carolina storage.
